« This property was just the right size for our quick little weekend getaway. While it was just a private bedroom and bath, we didn't need much more. It was clean, private and close to the pool and walking distance to Captain Pete's for dinner. Barbara was very good at communicating with us the entire time. »

« This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!! »

« great property to stay at. Just a couple things for you to look at. Maybe put slip proof slips on outside steps. When they are wet, 2 of our gals fell on them. I also tripped and fell over the carpet that sticks up in living room. Kitchen neefd some type of can opener. We had an overall good stay!. Just wouldn't want someone to get really hurt »

« The property had a beautiful view along the bank of lake Travis. The included yard games provided hours of fun for the whole family. The house was exactly as it appeared online, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only note I would make is that the undeveloped properties surrounding the house had some hazardous trash (rusty metal, some broken glass, etc). Nothing the property owners can control, just worth noting if you’re bringing young kids and they like to explore the area....

« 17 of us girls get together each year at the beach. This year we went for a lake house trip. Best trip ever.!! Pool beautiful, clean , many immentaties, Home huge! So much space for large gatherings ! Will come back again. »

« We all enjoyed our stay. The property guidance signs are small so it’s best to arrive before dark. We even saw a deer pass by the property! There was a grill outside and the heater worked great inside for the chilly days. We used the tabletop toaster oven and counter cooktop for anything else we needed. I wish there was a good tea pot or tea kettle. Also, as frequent travelers, we like trying local coffee but we don’t always want to buy a whole bag of it so a small sample available to use in...

« We had a large group of friends and family who joined us for the eclipse. We stayed 3 nights and made good use of the kitchen, all the bedrooms, the playroom and the yard. The neighborhood is quiet and clean »

« Point venture was nothing short of amazing! The house over exceeded expectations. Nice and clean. Comfy beds. We had a family of all ages and it accommodated us perfectly. Elizabeth was a great host and provided great insight on activities near and where to get food. I would 100% rent again! »

« Updated features made the stay quite enjoyable. Easy accessibility to the various amenities were extremely appreciated. I was able to spot 2 foxes for a brief moment. We also saw many tamed deer, that was a very pleasant surprise! We'll be back soon enough. Noisy residents driving around in their party golf carts were annoying, so be prepared for that. »

« The house location is stunning! The view was gorgeous along with the house. Very clean, well maintained and very easy communication throughout stay with local contact. Only disappointment was that the hot tub is not a normal hot tub, it's more like a jet tub that we had to fill on our own »

« We rented the house for a family UT graduation weekend. The entire house was very clean and well maintained (inside and outside). The kitchen/baths were very nice and the living/bedrooms very comfortable. The house was well labeled (cabinets, light switches etc.) and well stocked for use. The communication was quick and they were flexible with one of our request. We highly recommend and would use again. »

« Came to see my son’s new business (Lago Vista Brewing Company) and celebrate a couple birthdays. The home’s open concept kept everyone in conversation while the pool and pavilion gave a great chance to relax. I’ll be back! »

« We booked this house so we could see the eclipse without all the city lights. The house was perfect for us and feeding the deer was THE BEST! We will keep this spot and their others in mind for next time we need a weekend away! »

« Very nice inside. Our only complaint would be that someone should possibly blowoff the front entryways from the tree debris…it gets tracked into the apartment every time you go in. »
