The staff was nice when I checked into the hotel. However, the hotel is very outdated and is in serious need of repairs. I found roaches in my room and children are out running around until 1am. Random people will also knock on the doors and windows making it feel unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location.

Check un ok. Went to eat dinner and got back and greeted by to large Pitbulls charging at myself and friends. Got them to go away and when I walked up to front desk your employee said the dogs didn't belong to him and walked away. First time to Lawton, Ok. and will be coming back and hope your service is much better.

So many roaches totally infested . The toilet and shower didn’t work. I’d of been better sleeping in my car which I ended up doing.

Don't stay here
Do not stay at this hotel. We felt unsafe, the heating and a/c did not work, and there were bugs everywhere. We paid for 2 nights and only stayed one. In fact, we even took a shower at the planet fitness down the road.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at.
The worst hotel i have ever stayed in... when i turned light on in the bathroom the floor was moving from the bugs.. that is when we left. Wont ever stay there.

Checked into room. No phone. No remote for tv. No hangers for clothing. Cockroaches in room. Cannot get curtains to close. I'll never stay here again.

The microwave didn't work. There was only 2 towels when we checked in and when the housekeeper took towels it took awhile for her to bring them back from the laundry. It made him seem to not have enough

While our room was clean, nothing worked. The only outlet that worked was the one the tv was plugged into so charging multiple phone was an issue. One of the beds was broke on the right side and visabily saggged, the curtains would not close without leaving a gap so privacy sucked, the was a visible gap in the door when closed and locked that light and cold air came thru. After cleaning the room the staff did not even leave toilet paper. When checking in the lady was not rude to me but was very rude to someone she was on the phone with... place is very run down and I definitely did not feel safe ...

Horrible hotel. Very dirty & run down. Our room smelled musty, shower wouldn’t shut off, bathroom sink was broken, pillows were old & smelled. Reception not very friendly.

Hotel is in bad physical shape, ranging from an empty pool to overgrown landscaping, broken equipment, inaccessible walkways, and even the large illuminated sign in front of the hotel is gone so that there is no signage identifying the property. I would not recommend families with small children, or women traveling alone stay here.

Very run down
To start off the sign is destroyed and does not shownthier name so trying to find It at 1130 at night was impossible especially since trying to call the place for 15 minutes the ohine just kept ringing and ringing until the woman answered andnsaidnshe was out walking around. Stayed in room 118 and the door key lock was messed up had to put my shoulder to the door a few times to actually open it. In the shower I noticed a piece of plastic screwed to the ceiling above the shower head. After turning on the water (twisting to the right not left odd but ok) I saw why. The shower head sprays backward spraying the ceiling. Why not replace the cheap shower head ? I don't know. The maids did come in and clean. For some odd reason the took the dirty towels I had hanging up and did not leave any new ones. I had to go to the office and ask for new towels. Was told they don't have anymore. WHAT !!?!?! How that is possible I'm not sure. My family won't be at the near by Army base long but if I do visit again before they leave I will not stay here and recommend others to just spend the little extra and stay some place else

Hotel needs some money put into it badly!
Its definitely an older hotel and I can look above so many cracks in the windows and peeled tint from them....but one of the rooms we had you couldn't hmget the door open without kicking it, and when inside you had to force it closed as wel or there was a big gap. (Even when closed it had a gap.). But the other room was worse due to the filth that most people wouldn't see...when I moved the chair away from the wall to plug in a charger there were cigarette butts and trash and gross filth. My son actually found either a joint or a rolled cigarette on top of where the iron goes. The bathroom was clean but the sink for brushing your teeth or washing your face, had what appeared to be pubic hair and possibly food crumbs. We didn't mention any of this as we just wanted to get the night over with and done and there were clearly no other rooms to be had in town due to military graduation. I will never stay here again.

A nightmare stay
Facility is in horrible condition. First floor rooms don't even look inhabitable. While walking to my room, a homeless guy was trying all the doors as he walked by. 1st time ever using a hotel where I actually feared for my safety. I slept with light on and table wedged between the door and one of the beds. I got almost no sleep both nights in the hotel. There was no 2nd lock on the door. No remote for the TV which only got about 7 channels. Room was filthy. Since I paid ahead for two nights I was unable to get a refund to go to another location. The only well maintained part of the property is the lobby and the Karaoke bar attached. I spent as little time as possible in the room and left for my return trip hours early.

The rooms all stink of Cigarette smoke although supposed to be Non-smoking room. First room we tried was worse of smoke smell and couldn't adjust heat of heater, was too hot. Second room that we settled for, smelled of cigarette smoke also & the heater didn't work right. It was too cold most of the time because it kept cycling from hot to cold, blowing cold air most of the time and it was 36 degrees outside. Both rooms were dirty, hadn't been vaccuumed. Bathroom & bathtub were filthy that we had to buy cleansers & clean them ourselves. The maids never cleaned the room while we were out & never brought us clean towels. The information on expedia says they have continental breakfast but they don't. It was an expensive, disgusting, horrible, traumatizing experience for 3 nights because had reserved & prepaid 3 nights. The cancellation fee is too expensive to cancel or change, move out & go somewhere else. I didn't take pics because I was ashamed of my bad choice to reserve at Executive Inn. I didn't think about showing the proof on a guest review.

Dirty sheets!
Checked out four rooms: one was already rented, luckily the people were not in it at the time I opened the door but a purse was on the couch; dirty bed bottom sheet, horrible mattress and commode seat, no glass tray in microwave; the room I picked didn't have a safety latch so I moved the table/desk in front of the door and slept with the light on. No microwave glass tray in this room either. Under new ownership and wanted suggestions. I told them to raise it and start over! Thin walls also!
