Upon arrival I went to the room, the bathroom lighting, the bed lighting on the wall on the rigfht hand side, and the overheadlighting prior to the bathroom lights do not work. I addressed my concern with the staff prior to stepping out for the day. I was shunned because I interupted his phone call relating nothing to his job. I was informed it would be taken care of prior to my return; well without a doubt it was not even adressed. the door itself did not remain closed unless the dead bolt lock was in the on/functioning section. EVERY day I had t pack everything back into my car to ensure it was secured while i was away. I again returned to the front desk to inform the staff, I had no effective results. I requested to speak to manager but was never returmned a response. I ended up leaving the hotel; zero reimbursement or apology or anything. I travel ALL of the time as a Contract for Dept. of Defense, All I wanted was a safe secure evening with a functioning room. If you want that to, DO NOT STAY here. you will be ignored and shunned if you make any requests, very dissatidsfied and disappointed with the lack of concern and support. If i could post the videos and pictures you would stay away as well. Buyer be warned

When we got there our tv and phone didn’t work and heat did not worked, moved rooms and the fire alarm did not have a battery in it so it kept beeping.

We were in an accident on our way to the hotel and I called and kept in touch with the person working up front and they were very friendly and tried everything they could to keep our room when we got there around midnight the person working at that time was not quite as friendly but I thank God we got checked in and got to go in and go to bed before my son's family day and graduation at the military base it was very quiet and pretty clean for the most part I would definitely stay again...

The "complementary" breakfast was coffee, orange juice and a granola bar. Bed sheets were stained. Some staff were very rude. Bathroom sink was clogged. Only one kids channel on the TV. Overall it was a terrible stay. Definitely will not book again.

It was all horrible. There was nothing about our stay that was even ok other than we slept maybe a couple hrs a night comfortably. The lobby looked decent, but then around the building looked a mess, trash bags abandoned, when we walked into our room maybe 2 minutes later someone was jiggling the door knob thinking it was their room. there was stains all over the walls, the head board had marks like it had been splashed with liquid (unsure what kind), and then as if all that wasn’t enough or bad enough, there was cockroaches. They only provided 2 towels that had hair all over them and they never even tried to come clean the room even one time. WE STAYED 3 nights. This was the absolute worst stay at a days in we have ever had and honestly that was hard to beat. Also the phone didn’t even work. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible! Save your money!
Its the worst place ever horrible, dirty, and they didnt have half the amenties the said they had. Dirty sheets with blood stain, looked like urine stains but covered it with a clean sheet, so you didnt figure it out until you were trying to get cozy. I went to three different rooms until i had to settle for the third, which i had to almost beg to get a different one.The floor was so dirty. No phones the smell was so strong after i started to get a headache i had to sit in my car to get fresh air. Honestly because i was through a third party hotels.com for booking they literally give a room that is unstayable..completely horrible experience.

I'm glad it was available on this day. I could here the contractors leaving for breakfast. The room was up some stairs that i didn't feel safe because I'm elderly and handicap but at least it was the first room at the top of the stairs. No bedbugs. It was clean towels were thin but usable. Momma always say you get what you paid for. For the price it was great.

Property was disgusting. There was a burn hole in our bed, the light switch next to the door did not work, the mattress was thin as if it was a cot and no comforter, just a fan fleece blanket under a sheet, it wreaked of fried chicken and Chinese food. You know it’s going to be terrible when a sign is placed at the front desk recommending others to check the rooms prior to purchasing — I did not see this sign but was told about it from someone else after already paying. We did not stay here after looking at the room and they refused us a refund so I disputed it with my bank because the manager is greedy.

Disappointing rooms
The experience my family and I had was very horrible. Arriving at check in was an issue. The rooms that were reserved were not the rooms we were giving. The rooms were not clean when we arrived and we had to wait 30 minutes or more before we could get in the rooms. The sheets that were on the bed has holes in them. The bathroom in one of the rooms had blood on the floor and roaches in the room. The television in the other room that was giving to us didn’t work upon arrival and there had a maintenance guy to come in to fix the tv. Upon making the reservations we were informed that their would be a continental breakfast and the only thing that was offered was coffee and a granola bar. I would not recommend anyone to reserve a room here at all.

Horrible!! Would not recommend and would never again! Everyday something went wrong with the room. Day one the tv didn’t work it took maintenance about 3 hours to get it to work, day two the door wouldn’t close… maintenance claimed it was fixed but more like a bandaid because the issue was still there you just had to lift the door to close it.. next day the top lock was coming off so I was practically locked in the room.. another 2-3 hours for repair. And it was def giving one of those low budget hotels where people live… horrible experience.

This place is awful. I stay at lower tier hotels all the time all over the USA. This is a never stay again
