La piscine n'était pas ouverte contrairement à mentionné sur expedia. La porte d'accès au parking est restée hors service pendant 2 semaines. Le câble de la TV de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et personne n'est passé pour réparer malgré demande effectuée à l'accueil.

Kitchen tap and sink leaking water, not usable, cockroaches in kitchen and seen on walls, noisy all night and garbage pickup at 530am right outside window. Complained about this to management and was directed to have Expedia follow through for a refund for the nights stay.

Upon arrival staff had mentioned to us that our booking was canceled due to “no payment.” We got no notice, no email, no call, nothing. The front desk staff then proceeded to blame Expedia and that “they were supposed to reach out.” After stating that she attempted to call and email us (which is a lie we have no record of a call or email from them.) I then mentioned that I was going to call Expedia infront of her for the inconvenience & figure out why our room was canceled; the room all of a sudden became available at our original rate. She had an attitude from the start and even her co worker made a comment about her attitude. We weren’t the only ones, as customers, that made a comment about her horrible customer service. Several other guests said the same thing. Overall, terrible experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone due to the workers and how they go about treating guests; it’s a shame because the hotel is in an okay spot off the strip.

Did not offer room service. We were told we do not offer room service during your stay. They did not have any extra towels or provided new towels. They asked to hang dry them during our stay. Staff is rude. Lack of cleanliness. Avoid this place.

Overheard a visitor say there were clothes left in a room since January. It felt like I walked into a seedy scene in a detective film. Bad place.

Property was mediocre and rundown keys didn't work and none of the locks to get back in from the outside locks were all broken. Checking the room they were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher and it smelled moldy.

The property is in a great location and the room, although much older and worn down than the photos, were large. The staff was also nice. Our first night we were jolted out of bed with an insanely loud fire alarm, at 4:08 am. Then again at 5:30am. They also had to do testing on our 3rd day, that lasted at least 20 min. Since we were working from the hotel, this was so disruptive. There was always a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell next to our room. Felt a bit unsafe. We were staying while construction was happening at our house. So we stayed 5 nights. On Thursday - during the workday and during a meeting my husband was on, staff barged into the room - thinking we had checked out, I went downstairs to figure out why, as we had one more night. Turns out she had the room number wrong. They did compensate by giving us a late check out. All in all, you get what you pay for. It was a cheap room, we needed to stay local - to monitor construction at our house, but it wasn’t a very comfortable week.

Rented a room here last minute because we are touring homes in Vegas. I booked a queen size bed but we were given a full size bed, the front desk claimed it was a queen but it sure was not.. couldn't sleep all night due to continuous banging on the floor above us, also a lot of noise from the street. Never staying here again

I felt there was good value at this hotel. I really enjoyed having a kitchenette in my room, and the bed was quite comfortable. It was nice to have a pool on site, but could’ve used a little bit more upkeep. One other thing that I appreciated was the in-house convenience store that offered, lots of meal options
