Didn't have hot water much of the time to take a shower in my room. The pool was closed a few days, I only could swim once. When I asked for the options to go to the strip they told me uber or walk (not too many options provided). Good things : the room was nice and clean. Breakfast included was very good. Overall, if you need to go the strip every day it is really a good place to stay, but only if you are able/willing to walk 30 minutes from the hotel.

Close to the airport and the strip
I stay there one night prior to take my plane. It's perfect with a nice pool. Room are clean spacious and nice bed. Thanks !!

Les chambres sont grande et propre. Il a beaucoup de choix pour le déjeuné Le lavabo de la chambre était bouché et à l intérieur de 15 lin le plombier est venu fixer le problème. Bon service et employés sympathiques

Convenient to UNLV. Staff friendly and helpful. Very busy location and breakfast was crowded. No lounge for TV watching. Parking was $10 per day which wasn’t advertised. Hotel on a busy street and in the path of the airport so they provide earplugs for sleeping. A/C in room was very loud.

Staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Plane’s takeoff overhead so there is a little noise from that.

The property was decent but the surrounding area left little to be desired. It was a dirty run down area with limited eating establishments and way too much airplane noise from the airport.

We had bought parking passes for the hotel. In the parking lot the was a few cars did not have a permit. They were there the whole time we stayed. The security were rude to my kids going into the hotel.

The quality of this Hyatt compared to other Hyatt’s we have stayed at is lower than we expected. The carpets in the rooms were filthy and turned the bottom of your feet black. The reviews of this hotel being noisy due to air traffic are spot on. Right about the time I was trying to go to sleep there would be an airplane flying out every 40-60 seconds. In the morning, the shower took about 5 minutes to finally get some hot water. The upside is that the hotel staff were incredible and check-in was lightening fast. Breakfast in the morning was well stocked.

It is an old looking hyatt when we compare to other hyatt. This location needs lots of renovations. Don’t expect hyatt standards. Very congested cafeteria. If you want to stay in a quite area from strip this would be ok. The front desk CS person Kylie is very pleasant and very helpful. The house keeping person Miguel is very hard working and very helpful. Miguel is good potential for the hyatt team. Really hard working person. Overall an average stay.

Brian was huge help. Called a taxi for me,most places tell you call uber. All staff was very friendly.
