It definitely smelled like marijuana throughout the hotel. The hot tub was broken. Our toilet sounded like a raccoon was screaming. It wasn’t the worst hotel we have stayed in, but it wasn’t quite what I was expecting.

Was able to walk my dog to Smith’s for a rotisserie chicken and a salad for dinner and bring it back to the room. The morning breakfast saved me from having to leave with my dog to pick up breakfast and coffee. I wish there was a drain stopper on the sink as I lost my toothbrush cover down the drain. I Noticed there was already something else down the sink. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Facility does not meet pictures online room had mold in bathroom door never fully closed most times nasty floors and rooms curtains were filthy and broken area is ghetto around area. Lady at front desk choose to talk on personal phone for over 5 minutes as I waited there for service more than one time. Highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay not worth the high prices.

The room had stains all over the carpet, along with dog hair. The curtains were stained, the room smelled musty, and the walls in the bathroom inside the shower looked like there was mold. Very unhappy with my stay

It is a very noisy hotel, when I tried to call the front desk nobody answered. When I checked in I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to help me. I was on the third floor and when I left Saturday morning the elevator was out of order. I should have to issued a refund.

The hallway had a terrible smell to it, thankfully the room smelled fine. The gym equipment didn’t work due to it tripping the breaker when the elevators ran. The hot tub was out of order. I got a pre-packaged cheese danish at breakfast that was moldy. The beds were fine and the lady at the front counter was super nice. It’s obvious this hotel could use some attention though.

Our food is delivered weekly from Sysco and they have an excellent reputation. The Hot Tub is being repaired we do apologize for any inconvience you may have experienced. .

I found the rooms to be quite ‘tired’ for the rate charged, the TV’s were very small and not adjustable for viewing and the dining area for breakfast is in the lobby as you walk in with only 3 tables.

The lobby has a large family area table that seats up to 12 people and and on the other side there are 6 tables. We also have a meeting area next to the breakfast if you wish to eat alone. Let us know on your next visit and we will show you the options,

Very tolerant of our noisy nieces and nephews in the swimming pool area. Always had fresh dry towels for everyone to use. Allowed us also to have a boisterous pizza dinner in the area near the front desk.

It was the worse stay ever. From the horrible smell walking in. No extra pillows when requested,worse of all when I asked management sat morning for house keeping to clean my room,just to come back and nothing was done to my room.I had to throw out my own trash and had to reuse the same towels to shower, than when I went to ask for a discount off my stay they said management was gonna get a hold of me. ITS A BUNCH OF BS

We do place 4 pillows on each bed. We do apologize if you did not have that amount. We offer daily service as you can retrieve extra towels at he front. I was not available yesterday but as the front desk advised I would be able on Monday. Regards Lena GM

The place is old and in need of work. Mold was painted over in the bathroom and the plastic tub was noisy each time you shifted weight in it. There are gaps in the window frames, so during a good wind storm it sound like a 50's western movie as the wind whistles through the window gaps as you try to sleep. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, but there's only one person taking care of things like getting coffee and restocking food, and she was overwhelmed. She needs a raise!

As in any establishment the front person makes the first impression. The charming woman at the front desk was just that..and while training another, equally charming person. They were very helpful. Would have liked a working hot tub but all was comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my child, husband and a service dog. The only reason why I’m giving this hotel a 4 stars it’s because I requested a room on the ground floor via email 1 week before my stay and when I checked in they gave me a room on the third floor even though I pointed out that I had requested a room on the ground floor. Breakfast was good. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Very convenient to have a gas station and some fast food restaurants within walking distance. I would stay there again if needed.

There was a lot smell in the carfet. It was too dark in the kitchen to cook. There was something yellow on the bed sheets. The soundproofing was bad.

The neighborhood was a little worrisome. The shower sounded like it was gonna break when stepping in the bathtub. The bed was very hard. I personally don’t think it was worth the money spent for the stay.
