Nous recommandons cet hôtel. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. Nombreuses excursions sont proposées et possibilité de louer une voiture dans l’hôtel pour pas cher et très simplement (a la journée ou pour plusieurs jours). Le cadre est magnifique, la chambre était parfaite et le royal level offre une piscine et un bar magnifique avec vue sur la mer ainsi qu’un restaurant avec des produits frais et variés matin midi et soir. Les barmans sont adorables et font même les cocktails que vous leur demandez or carte. Mention spéciale au Diquiri strawberry. Je recommande fortement cet établissement surtout en all inclusive Royal level.

Hôtel haut de gamme avec un choix de boisson mets variés. L’option Royal est vraiment top et le All Inclusive très vite rentabilisés. Être dans un endroit piscine où c’est plus calme, moins de monde et d’enfants. Super ! Location de voiture directement à côté de l’hôtel. Seul bémol : le petit resto La Dolce Vita de l’autre côté du complexe…plus jamais. On s’est vraiment privés d’une soirée dans l’hôtel avec des aliments de qualité. Là, pas de choix et le goût…déplorable. Sinon rien à redire, on aurait bien prolongé

Nous nous retrouvons dans un chambre a côté de l ascenseur qui fait un bruit de dingue. Nous demandons de changer de chambre à 3 reprises on a l info de revenir plus tard pour qu au final on nous le refuse. Le soir il y a des spectacles jusqu à 23h. La chambre étant au dessus il est difficile de fermer l oeil. Si vous recherchez du calme fuyez. Auquel cas la chambre est spacieuse et confortable et la demie pension est très bien. Dommage pour le bruit et le personnel qui n a pas assuré

Des choses tops et d’autres anormales
Toutes les suites ne sont pas parfaites, surtout celles au rdc dont l’intimité est limitée… Beaucoup de bruits de déplacement de mobilier, l’isolation phonique est très moyenne pour ce niveau d’hôtel. La piscine n’est pas chauffée et les restaurants vraiment pas au niveau… 28 euros le buffet très moyen… Mais… Le confort des chambres d’un très haut niveau (literie++), le personnel formidable, les installations globalement excellentes, la sensation denluxe est réelle et le prix raisonnable pour les prestations. A noter un temps de chek-in désastreux même en ayant pré-rempli les formulaires… Les hotesses d’accueil font le maximum mais le processus est d’une incroyable lenteur… Samedi il y avait 12 personnes devant, presque une heure pour avoir les clés de la chambre !!

séjour super !
très bel hôtel, rénové de frais. équipement super, chambre avec belle terrasse avec une vue océan magnifique depuis mon lit (3 oreillers par lit !) le bassin olympique chauffé accessible pour 3€ (au lieu de 6€) est superbe et très bien tenu, j'avais une ligne pour moi toute seule le matin (possibilité de réserver une ligne au besoin 24h à l'avance) la nourriture de haute qualité et variée (2 fois du poulpe très bien préparé !) la promenade le long de la mer est très sympa, on peut marcher courir longtemps sans voir de voiture grand bol d'air et de soleil en hiver. beaucoup de vent mais il n'est pas froid. attention aux coups de soleil. l'emplacement est un peu excentré, 15mn à pieds du centre de teguise beach, mais arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel, loueur de vélos à proximité.

Great hotel for active holiday
We stayed here in February. The staff were all very friendly and made a special effort to change our room when there was an issue with the bathroom drains smelling. We moved rooms and it was a little better but still there. Overall I’d say a great hotel if you want to be active and slightly out of the main touristy bits. We easily hired bikes and a car, snorkelled in the little bay outside the hotel and enjoyed the pools. The food was ok - not going to win any awards but also was very varied so there was definitely always something to like. Breakfast was the better than the dinner. It had a relaxed feel, peaceful and a lovely view of the sea. The gym and Olympic pool are great. The lobby area was really nice for a drink and good to have such a big indoor communal space. Our room was very spacious but a few little bits were falling to pieces but overall fine. The beds are comfy and linen is good quality. The issue is that the drains smell but that is possibly an issue with the island more generally and it was my first time in Lanzarote.

Although the place is a bit used, it is expected in a destination so popular with tourists. It is not in town but there is a bike rental shop attached to it. It is only a short ride to Costa Teguise town. Great cycling & walking paths along the coastline. Very convenient with a supermarket inside. There is a door leading to a little quiet bay/beach. I paid a little extra for breakfast and dinner during the stay, the food is quite good.

At first glance the hotel looks really nice the room I was given had a great view but the last night I couldn’t sleep as the air con was leaking water and there was a puddle forming so I put down some towels. Affected my sleep Their customer service could be better except for Nancy who seemed really genuine ( and Chilean might receptionists)the rest were very mechanical in their customer service and would not go the extra mile. I don’t think this hotel is good for black folks

It was a fabulous hotel. We had a great time. The hotel was spotless and up to date. Many pools to use and right in beach. We hired bikes from the shop attached to the hotel and explored the area. There is a local bus stops outside the hotel which takes you to all towns on the coast and into the mountains I would definitely recommend. We were half board and food was excellent

We had a fantastic four night stay, the hotel exceeded expectations. Didn’t bother us that it was a little out of Costa Teguise as we really enjoyed the walk into town.

Barcelo Royal Level Lanzarote was a really awesome experience. The whole resort was fantastic, with excellent facilities, a lovely spacious heated outdoor pool, good food and drinks, attentive staff, etc. And the Royal Level section specifically was like a five star add-on - beautiful spacious rooms with balcony; excellent quality exclusive restaurant, pool bar and heated pools for Royal Level guests; great selection of branded drinks included with the All Inclusive for Royal Level guests. The cleanliness was outstanding, the service quick and pleasant, and the food was excellent too. Very excited to return ASAP!

Overall great experience.
I stayed for two nights at the Barcelo Lanzarote Royal Level, I had a fantastic room for the first night with a pool and sea view. Everything went smoothly, dinner and breakfast was delicious offering a great choice to suit all tastes. The staff were very helpful and efficient. For the second night, I was a bit disappointed as I missed the view and the balcony sunshine. Overall an excellent experience.

Nice property outside town.
We stayed at the Royal Level - our room was spacious but not at the price we paid (The price was because of the holidays). I like that it was not so crowed as other hotels we saw in the area - Lot of pools to choose from on the property. We enjoyed the beautiful breakfast buffet. The food choice was numerous and fresh tasting. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a little far from the town, but it was ok with us as we like to walk and there is a nice path next to the beach to get there. Another option would be to take the bus #1 or #3 (1.40 euros) to go to town. Overall, a great stay and nice property. We only had breakfast included, which was fine as we were able to eat at local eateries and enjoy a variety of food in town.

Amazing stay!!
An amazing place! It is a large resort on the edge of Costa Teguise with physical activities at its heart. The service levels are high if you are ‘Royal Level’, which we were. If you don’t lead an active lifestyle, I’m not sure it’s for you…The main reason we chose this was the 50m Olympic pool, but also discovered amazing open water sea swimming on the door step. The food was amazing in the Asana restaurant and we were half board, but all inclusive looked very comprehensive too if you wanted to drink a lot. New Years Eve (our last night) was really special with free Cava and wine with dinner and a special sitting which included premium seafood and caviar! Such a lovely place, but I would suggest an upgrade to the Royal Level!! The only let down was the Champs bar. The food was terrible and the service poor…didn’t seem to be part of the hotel?

I liked this property however it is far from everything. We walked about 20 mins to the nearest restaurant. If you don't have tours planned liked we did, i would recommend getting the full board meal plan option. we had an ocean view and it was amazing. One caution is make sure you do not close the balcony door all the way or you will be locked out. It is not clear from the sign and the curtains that it will lock. Luckily we had our phone and we were able to call the front desk and they came right away to open it. It also happened to the guest next door he did not have a phone and luckily we were sitting outside and we were able to help. I would have given them 5 stars but the play music in the evening until about 10pm and if your room over sees the lobby atrium you will hear it as if the party is in your room. The good thing is that they end at 10. We had tours booked very early so if was a little annoying. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was excellent with friendly staff . The variety of food was excellent. We were in the Royal Level and for some reason there was no full length mirror anywhere. Not sure I would visit Costa Teguise again as it is not very picturesque and the town centre is nothing spectacular.
