Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel, il est magnifique et très reposant. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, la chambre était superbe et très propre.

Sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. If you would like to discuss the issues with the staff, please give us a call at 717-560-0880.The property is actually the first Hilton Garden Inn in the USA, so we do have a vastly different layout in comparison with the newer Hilton Garden Inns. We are currently working on our plans to renovate but have not been able to set a start date just yet. We would like to hear from you so we know what needs to be improved. Hopefully you will give us another chance to show you what we can do.

I only booked this hotel because it had a hot tub over all of the center of Lancaster hotels that didn’t. I check in and tell the front desk man that we couldn’t wait to use the hot tub. My husband and I get to our room that wreaked of cigarette smoke and cha ged into our bath g suitably to find the hot tub was out of order. I go back to the front desk and explain this was the only reason that I booked this hotel over all of the others and when we just spoke minutes before he didn’t bother to tell me the hot tub was out of order. He rolled his eyes at me and offered zero consolation. Beyond disappointed with the service, hotel quality, communication and disrespect for customers. Will never stay at another Hilton Garden again!

I am sorry that you experienced this situation. We had an unscheduled maintenance issue with the hot tub. This was not planned maintenance. Unfortunately, we had an issue with possible chemical imbalance that made us drain, refill, and reshock the whole hot tub. Again we apologize for the inconvenience this caused you during your stay, and did not meet your expectations. We will address the situation with the staff that was involved as well. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We would love to have you stay with us again in the future sometime.

They charged $80 at a pet friendly hotel to have our hypoallergenic dog spend the night. For one night. That seems like highway robbery to me. Great hotel just don’t stay adjacent to the pool
Great hotel. Very clean. Unfortunately we didn’t realize til we were settled in the room that they put us in one of the worst rooms in the hotel. 228. Do not stay in this room u less you can sleep through anything. It is tight over the hot tub and you hear every sound as if you are in the pool splashing around. Such an echo and it permeates through the whole room.

Perfect location, everywhere we wanted to go was 15 minutes or less from this location. The only thing that annoyed us was every time someone shut their door it slammed shut. Ours did too, I would suggest doing something about that noise because it happens all hours of the day and night. Other than that, everything was clean and the pool and jacuzzi was great!

I’m upset that breakfast wasn’t included in our stay and usually the coffee is free all day long The coffee was only put out in the morning When people go to hotels it’s usually for a short stay and like the convenience of coffee and a small free breakfast to wake up to I probably wouldn’t stay here again not worth it

Accessibility to multiple road options. Clean Quiet. Each staff member greeted you with a good morning or good evening, and made eye contact. Great but overpriced
My friends and I stay here every year for a local conference. It is clean & the staff are pleasant. However, we don't feel the cost is justified for what we receive. At nearly $850 for 4 nights we expect a bit more than just a clean room with iffy pillows and a so so mattress. We have to request housekeeping, go retrieve additional towels & toilet paper from the desk, and the lighting in the rooms is terrible if you need to do anything in your room (like your makeup, read a book, or work). The hot tub isn't terribly hot and the towels available at the pool are the size of hand towels. Breakfast isn't included in the high price but the restaurant is also open fairly limited hours. That being said, when hotels.com would not let me update my card to my new bank on the reservation, I called the hotel and they had no problems holding my room until I got there to provide an updated card. So, overall good clean hotel with great staff, just overpriced.
