Hello Martyne,You booked a standard room as indicated in your confirmation, which is hotel's choice of 1 king bed or two queen beds and we were sold out of rooms with a king bed. In the future if you would like to be guaranteed a room type, you should book the specific room type you are looking for. I do apologize if there was an issue with your guest room as we had no notification during your stay of any problem. We would have been happy to fix the issue or move you to a different room.Thank you for your feedback.
