Nous étions dans la saison creuse, il y avait une seule employée à la réception qui s'occupait de l'hôtel. Il faudrait au moins installer un système de communication avec elle a partir de la réception, car il est arrivé que l'on doive attendre au moins 15 minutes car il y avait personne a la réception de l'hôtel. Mais a part cela l'emplacement, la piscine, le déjeuner tout était parfait. J'y retournerai.

We were really impressed by the hotel. The pool area and the outside playground were the highlights of our stay. The room was quite clean and well renovated. The only down point wasn’t on the hotel but people would let their door slam any hour of the night and it was very loud. Other than that, we had an amazing experience at the George NY.

À notre grand regret ,il s'agit d'un endroit pour les familles avec enfants et pour celles et ceux voyageant avec leur chien . Ce site d'hébergement a subit une très bonne mise à jour .Les chambres sont très grandes ,les lits confortable et les salles de bien sont grandes avec des miroirs sans buée . Le contrôle de la chaleur et de l'A/C se fait d'une boîte installée au mur. Les télé sont grandes et avec beaucoup de chaînes disponible. Mais les portes de corridors quoi que massives laissent facilement pénétrer les bruits des corridors. Et malheureusement pour nous, et ce, même si on avait demandé une chambre un peu éloigné du bruit ,étions entouré de chambres où il y avait nombreux enfants d'âges variant entre 1 ans et 14 ans et dont certains allaient d'une chambre à l'autre et criaient dans les passages et ce, jusqu'à 23:00 ! Après l'avoir mentionné au personnel d'accueil de l'hôtel le lendemain, la situation n'a pas changé le soir d'après même si les étages sont surveillés par caméras. Et c'est là que nous avons réalisé que ce lieu semble être parfait pour les familles avec jeunes enfants mais pas pour les couples qui recherche un peu de paix après une journée de villégiature et de marche.

Hôtel bien situé près des outlets, hôtel propre , personnels accueillant , chambre spacieuse, piscine correcte mais très bruyant, il devrait avoir un temps réservé pour les adultes, style de 21:00 hrs à 23:00 hrs car sans être un reproche car ont a déjà eu des enfants, les jeux d’eau plus les enfants dans le spa plus les cris insescent font que ce n’est pas trop reposant et qu’un temps réservé réservé au adultes serait apprécié. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, disons que les employés affectés au déjeuner n’étaient pas capable de suivre et ou de prévoir que à un moment donné y va manqué d’œufs ou de pains ou de céréales et même le café il en manquait. Et seulement une machine pour faire des gaufres donc soyez patient…. Mais avec de la patience ont y arrive et oui j’oubliai nous avons séjourné 4 nuits et avons mangé des saucisses pendant les 4 jours il n’y avait pas d’autres choses pas de bacon, patates , jambon etc . Mais dans l’ensemble nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Agréable et rénové mais manque de finition
Hôtel rénové avec manque de finitions. Chambres spacieuses et confortables, pratique pour voyage en famille. Les enfants ont aimé la piscine et sa glissade. L’approvisionnement pour le petit déjeuner long et manque souvent plusieurs aliments, surtout à plus de 30 minutes, ils regardent repleut montre pour valider s’ils ajoutent la nourriture alors que la salle est pleine. Espaces communs vaste et permettant de circuler sans problème. Présence de distributeur de purée mais peu utilisé selon nos observation même au déjeuner.

Le personnel fût accueillant, le déjeuner était bien complet. Même si l'hotel venait d'ouvrir et qu'il manquait de petites choses c'était très bien

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel. Bon service. Chambre très propre et très belle. Les enfants ont bien aimé la piscine et les modules de jeux! Je le recommande! Excellent hotel! Service was good. The room was clean and really nice. The kids loved the pool and the playground. I would recommand this hotel!
