L'hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel courtois, par contre la chambre était parfaite sauf qu'on a trouvé 2 paires de bas par terre près des rideaux ce qui nous laisse perplexe pour la propreté de la chambre.

Great location & very modern! Everything was great except for the quantities of glasses & towels in the room. We booked 4 persons in one room but even after asking the cleaning personnel, nothing was added. Also, when we ask for rooms closed by, it would be really nice, once in a while, to have it happening, same floor is not always convenient!

The staff were friendly and amenable. The lobby area was comfortable and full of games. The cafe had delicious and fresh coffee. Everything was walkable from the hotel, including a nearby grocery store. Excellent stay.

Paid for roomin advance. Was told at check in they needed a card for incidentals. Asked how much they would hold. They said $20. Checked out today and they are holding the $20 plus a mysterious $140. For what? They don't know when you call and ask. "It will fall off in 3-5 days." If this isn't illegal it's highly unethical. Won't stay here again.

The room book was exactly as described. Very clean which is a plus in my view. My husband and I had a lovely quiet stay which is what we needed for our getaway. The location was great and in walking distance to shops, restaurants and of course the lake. Only downside for spring weather it was still very cold but we had a great time anyway
