Hotel avec joli jardin bien entretenu, situé dans une zone commerciale et proche de l'autoroute (pratique mais quartier sans charme) Dans la chambre, climatisation très bruyante et assez inefficace.

Laguna Hills Lodge was the perfect stay. It was very clean and neat and welcoming and the staff were so kind and generous. The complimentary breakfast was a major plus! Such a great stay overall and we would be thrilled to stay there again! Thank you!

The TV needs to be upgraded to a bigger set and it should be a high definition TV. The floor boards in front of the bathroom sink were warped and needs to be replaced.

Location was good. It's dated. The bedding is a thin blanket between two sheets. It would be nice if there was an extra blanket somewhere in the room. Staff was nice. They switched rooms for us because there was toothpaste on the faucets and splatters on the mirror. I think they need to do a better job cleaning.

Good morning Dawn: Thanks so much for your review. Yes, we have a super location just across the street from the Five Lagunas Mall and a short drive to Laguna Beach or Dana Point. All of our rooms have triple sheeting with a blanket. If you need an extra blanket just call our Front Desk or perhaps adjust your A/C - Heater. Regarding your feedback "Staff was nice." friendly staff is the #2 compliment we have received in over 6,500 online guest reviews, "clean" is #1. This place exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was great and in my opinion surpassed a continental. Our Granddaughter loved the pool and we did as well. Location very convenient to highways and not to far from Laguna Beach. Staff is friendly! We would definitely stay again!
