« This was the first time I used VRBO and couldn’t be happier with our stay. This location was close to everything near Dana Point, very quiet neighborhood and super clean place. I booked this stay with my sisters and we felt right at home. Nancy answered questions promptly, we didn’t have many, everything was neatly placed in a binder near the kitchen, great reference and it provided area maps with ideas on restaurants and shopping. « Brad, the owner of the condo, is outstanding with respect to communication with vacation renters. Any question we had, he answered promptly. As this is a "condo" the assumption should be that renters are likely cooking a good portion of their stay. As such, a few little extra's like serving bowls (once you cook the food, you need somewhere to put it, like meats or pastas or vegetables). Similarly, a few extra baking or roasting pans would have been helpful. We are greek and italian, so the...

« Everything was fantastic and the place was so cute!! Parking was a little tough on the weekend, but during the week had no issues! »

« We enjoyed our visit. The place was nice and cozy. The location was in a gated community and convenient to all that the area had to offer. The online photos showed a gas fireplace (in use). We were unable to utilize that amenity. We were disappointed to say the least. Reason: We were told by the host that it was a safety hazard. Cleanliness on a scale of one to ten. 6 1/2. The beds were comfortable and most all the amenities were as described in the VRBO listing. It checked most all the boxes....

« Jim is an unbelievable host and resource for the local and surrounding areas. The house has every amenity possible for the kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, and bedrooms. Very close proximity to beach and the town of Dana Point. »

« The property was ideally suited for our needs as it was close to the area where our American relatives live. We did not spend a lot of time in the accommodation but when there it was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. It is in a good area and close to a lot of beaches and coastal towns. »

« The condo was spotless, updated, and very well decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking/running. A lot of amenities close by and a quick 10-15 minute drive down to Laguna Beach. The host made sure the condo was well stocked and made check in easy. »
