un hotel des années 80.......
Cet hotel a VRAIMENT , besoin d'être renové... c'est un ancien Sheratton , maintenant Radisson, et j'avais l'impression de me trouver à Washington ou à Dallas en 1982. A part la television à ecran plat, tous le mobilier et l'equipement n'est plus du tout d'actualité pour le business traveler que je suis. Aucune prise de courant accesible dans la chmabre pour brancher ordinateur. Nourriture correcte , mais service assez efficace pour cette partie du monde ,ou quelquefois les choses prennent un peu de temps.

Hotel is old and dated but staff are very friendly. Worst thing is people smoking in the bar which also only has local beers even though the menu states imported beers

Falta de wifi que funcione bem comprometeu estada!
A oferta de internet wifi foi lamentável, porque o sinal caia a todo momento e o retorno era muito difícil e, quando vinha, era muito fraco ou oscilante!... Para mim, ainda que o restante tenha sido bom, infelizmente comprometeu totalmente a estadia!

Stepping back into the 1970’s
It was probably a posh hotel many years ago. Staff friendly. Don’t book hotel for the pool you will be disappointed. The hotel has everything one needs just old and worn out. Hotel needed a refer 20 years ago.

The glory years have passed.
I stayed here ten years ago and everything was new and beautiful! Now the carpets are frayed, tile is cracked And only the great staff make it worthwhile! They were great, the food was delishes, and yes the views have changed.

1️⃣部屋は、バスタブに古さを感じましたが、広くて快適でした。2️⃣レストランは、15階と1階にあります。15階のレストランが、日曜定休になることに驚きました。それで、1階のレストランを利用し、ピザを食べたのですが、美味しくありませんでした。

The room was so hot and the heat was supposedly off. We were uncomfortable the entire five nights we were there. I could not recommend this hotel. It needs a complete renovation.

This use to be a great hotel but a high lak of mantainance makes the stay not pleasant, bathroom is horrible elevators shake, electric plug in bad condition and WiFi working bad

won't stay here again
No AC in the rooms and it can gt hot day and night; we had trouble sleeping. Beds and pillows are hard. Area is noisy and not the best area of the city. They had a tatoo convention on the night we stayed with all kinds of nefarious characters in the lobby. The manager was helpful changing us to another room because we could not sleep with the noise; it was still noisy, but not his fault.

Likeable in La Paz
People were really nice and were very accommodating for our early check in, room was in need of updating but comfortable. There was heat but no A/C which meant it got a little warm during the day but at least we could open the window. ALL the staff were super friendly.

格式あるホテルですが、設備が古い為照明のスイッチやカーテンの開閉、電源プラグの位置など、客室の設備が快適とは言えません。浴槽も経年を感じさせます。ルームサービスは２４時間でとても美味しいです。

トランジットの関係でラパスに一泊しなければなりませんでした。 そこで市内に位置する当ホテルに泊まりましたが、豪華でサービスも良くとても満足しています。 早朝チェックアウトが残念でしたが、市内巡りでも使えるよいホテルだと思いました。

no tiene buena atencion del personal, camas muy viejas alfombras muy sucias, el personnal en el desayuno no es muy bueno pides huevos fritos y te dan huevos quemados, la señora de recepcion del desayuno tiene mala actitud y no le importa servir al huesped , el gerente no quiso hablar con migo mando mensaje con el de recepcion.

Creo que el hotel para lo que cobra debería ser mejor. Las instalaciones son viejas, el wifi es demasiado lento. La televisión antigua y sin señal de alta definición. Todo lo demás está ok.

Airport taxi ripoff
Avoid this hotel- the food is terrible, and the water in the pool is a disgusting green color. Worst of all,it says the airport shuttle is "free," yet when you get to the airport, the driver asks for more and more money in Bolivianos to rip you off.

El hotel necesita un poco mas de mantenimiento, sus instalaciones son buenas pero un poco viejas, problemas con la calidad del agua. Problemas con la temperatura cuando pega el sol en conjunto con la calefaccion (aun cuando esta apagada)
