I had some issues with the hotel accidently cancelling my reservation even though expedia confirmed i paid for my room. They gave me a free room upgrade when i arrived since they never restated my reservation after i had already called to confirm i still had a room. The room itself was fine. The shower door didnt lay flush against the wall and i put a hand towel in the door to hold it flat so no water came out. Theres no fridge for personal items. The view over the street was nice. Since its right next to burbon street it was loud sometimes. I dont suggest staying here if you want a quiet space. It was right next to burbon street and the french quarter. Most things we were doing were walking distance and what wasnt, we could take public transport to get to.

It's also worth noting that our close proximity to Bourbon Street does make the area vibrant and lively, which might not be ideal for guests seeking quietness. On the positive side, our location does provide easy access to the French Quarter and other attractions, and we're glad you found that convenient. I came down for my brothers 40th birthday! I loved my stay, it was convenient and tiddy. There was one incident with the water taking some time to get hot but it was only once and everything else was great 👍

Definitely convenient to the action. Stayed during the jazz fest. The pictures make the hotel look more appealing and lively. Check in was easy, had to ask for breakfast specail we booked. Tv was on when we entered the room. Room did not have towels or tV remote. Bed was fine, room decor and cleanliness all good. Breakfast area is small and understaffed.

The only thing I didn’t like about the staff service is that our room door was left open by maid service on the Saturday after we returned that evening. Therefore we didn’t allow housekeeping in our room for the duration of our trip. The iron didn’t work well and soiled our clothing due to rust on the inside.

Great location. We were just a 5 minute walk around the corner from all the action on Bourbon St. our room was quiet enough that we were able to sleep at night. We stepped right onto Canal St and had access to everything including, Frenchmen St.,Jackson Square and it was a beautiful stroll away just like the shops on Royal St.

The stay was good, spent most time outside the hotel than inside, but everything was ok otherwise. Some missing towels at times with housekeeping, but nothing that could have been easily fixed. Another issue with valet, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I normally do not leave reviews or complaints, whether I had an amazing experience or horrible experience. But I have to leave a review for the simple fact that this was my first time in New Orleans for my birthday weekend! I would like to start with the fact that this hotel was very very expensive. I paid $2000 for a two queen bed for five days (Thursday afternoon to Tuesday Morning). When my friend and I first walked into this room, there was a pungent smell that was unpleasant throughout the entire room. I overlooked the smell because I assumed that it would eventually fade away. I made my way to the bed that was closer to the window and noticed That all four pillows which were white were dirty I was automatically turned off. My friend had an extra pillow casing so I was not worried about this. As days went on, my friend, and I noticed how dingy this hotel room was. The room looked as if it was set up years ago and no one has been in the room since I checked in. There was dust everywhere. The curtains, which were white for the window, were so dirty and black. The bed part that was holding up the mattress was made out of wood and it was rotting away. The bed was unstable. There was mole everywhere in the bathroom especially in the shower. The TV barely worked. It was always glitching. We had a pile of dirty towels and rags that was by the door for housekeeping to pick up and they never picked it up for the entire five days we were there. The carpet was supposed to be blue a

Visited during spring break. The hotel is in a good location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel’s lobby was nice and clean however the room was dirty. The bathroom had mold in the tiles the curtain by the bed looked like it had mucus on it. Other than the cleanliness of the room the staff was really nice and helps and the hotel is in a great location. It’s quiet that you don’t get the noise from bourbon street but so close to all the great restaurants and night life.

My wife booked this hotel for a weekend birthday celebration for me. The ambiance of the hotel was great. Service was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It’s in the middle of everything. Walkable to shopping, restaurants, and Nola nightlife. The only drawback if I had to find one would be that my particular room didn’t have a view. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable. Also, be advised that there is $100 per day incidental fee the hotel charges and holds until you check out. The $100 per day fee is refunded after your stay. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
