We are really disappointed that your stay with us was very uncomfortable.
We try as much to reach the needs of our clients.
The problem with the ants is inevitable, depending on the weather or the season we do have ant invasion.
We do use the insect killer and also pest control to try and get rid of it, but as long as it is the season, and it is a tropical Island it's a bit difficult to get rid of them.
We will keep trying our best to overcome this problem.
Upon arrival and introduction, we do inform clients of the opening and closing time of the reception, and we also do have staff all round for any help and assistance.
Many thanks for your suggestion and we will try and get a sign with our opening and closing hours.
We do apologize for the discomfort.
