No reception in the hotel (need to go at the reception of the Hyatt nearby). No in-room service. « We had a nice stay at the hotel from May 12th until the 14th, but some things went wrong: 1. I made a reservation for two rooms, we had one room on the 2nd floor, the other on the 6th floor, why not next to each other. 2.
