Donner une chambre au sous sol n’est pas très bon et cela donne déjà une mauvaise impression Changement de chambre au check in . Chambre avec un très mauvais signal wifi + 4G Nourriture bonne Propreté passable Localisation top ( au niveau de la marina) Personnel ok

une situation exceptionnelle - isabelle
L'hôtel Paloma suite est un très bel établissement. Le personnel de restauration est très serviable. La nourriture est y simple, mais bonne. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, sous forme de suite. L'hôtel Paloma jouit d'une situation exceptionnelle avec vue sur la Marina de Kusadasi. Il est également à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Pas de quoi s'ennuyer !

Hôtel très bien situé, à la fois au cœur de la marina et très proche du centre ville. Beaucoup de bons restaurants et magasins à proximité. Personnel au top ! Serviables, gentils toujours accessibles et à l’écoute particulièrement la réceptionniste française sans qui, notre séjour ne serait pas le même. Chambres fidèles aux photos et toujours aussi propres de même pour la piscine. Concernant le buffet, la nourriture est variée et de bonne qualité. Je conseille fortement cet hôtel, à refaire !

Overall nice and pleasant visit
Overall nice experience except few things.. our cleaning crew had left our balcony door open , luckily no cats inside, only on the balcony chairs .. ( we had first floor). At Gym , no treatmill was working and many other things were rusted. Pool area was beautiful, breakfast and dinner just fine ! Bed comfy and nice clean sheets! Location great , no need to climb the hills .. just at the Marina .

It is always hard to review a property when you are used to staying at higher starred venue so this review is based on the cost and also the star it is. Location- very good location right next to the marina, easy to get to many restaurants and we stayed here to be close to Ephesus which worked well for us and we had nice dinners out. Food- we looked at the breakfast buffet but chose against it due to being quite basic however for the price paid for the room it is adequate. Dinner again we ate out so cannot comment. Room-great size minimal charging sockets (had to unplug lamps etc) storage space great. Wifi didnt work in the room so this was a bit annoying but strong in main lobby. Could have been a cleaner room some stains on the sofa etc but again for a short stay and for the low price perfectly adequate. Bed was ok and aircon worked well, room was quiet. I think for the price and for a short stay if you will not spend much time in the room it is worth it, the entrance and staff are very nice but i do think the place could do with updating in many areas.

Öncelikle ben sigara içilebilen ve balkonlu oda istemiştim. Ancak odanın -1 de olması hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Ancak oda temizlik ve genişliği oldukça iyiydi.konforlu ve lüks bir odaydı. Sadece tuvalet üstü açık ve odayla arasında sadece duş gibi bir kapısı vardı bu çok rahatsız ediciydi. Onun dışında hizmet temizlik otelin olanakları havuzu oldukça iyi. Ek olarak, her ücretli siparişte ayrı imza alınıyor ve ayrı adisyon harcanıyor bu çok gereksiz hem kağıt açısından hem imza açısından. Son olarak, çok fazla soğan ağırlıklı yemekler var sabah öğlen ve akşam herşey soğanlı. Soğan sevmeyen insanlarında dikkate alınması gerektiğini belirtmek isterim. Ama kuşadasına tekrar geldiğimde konaklayacağım bir otel.

Overall is okey compare to other places in the area . But all the room need more attention, spider in an econometric room . Cat are around all area of the hotel and if you are allergic to cat please pay attention . Dinner is included but for soft drink like water and fizzy drink with dinner you need to pay extra .

Levede ikke op til vores forventninger
Følte os lidt som andenrangs gæster nede i kælderen. Ret mørkt værelse. Der var skimmel i bruser. Meget lydt på gangen. Ved bookning var der ikke oplyst at der ikke var balkon. Morgenmad var ok, men aftensmad kedelig. Beliggenhed var god. Bad hotellet om at booke transfer fra lufthavn men det gjorde de ikke og svarede ikke på vores mails efterfølgende. Levede ikke op til vores forventninger i forhold til salgsmaterialet.

Gepflegtes Stadthotel mit Ausblick auf Hafen
Direkt an der Marina - 1km zu Fuss ins Zentrum. Der kleine Strand gegenüber nicht geeignet zum Baden. Falls man ins Meer will sollte man weiter Richtung Nationalpark. Zimmer sind geräumig und im guten Zustand. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit. Essen war eher durchschnittlich (Buffet). Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Pool ist ausreichend gross.

Komfortables Stadthotel tollem Service
Hotel ist optimal direkt im Zentrum aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Wir hatten einen Zimmer mit Blick auf die Landsicht gebucht, jedoch haben wir einen Zimmer per Upgrade bekommen, weil das Hotel zu unserem Glück zu der Zeit nicht vollständig ausgebucht war. Pool ist sauber und mit Liegestühlen, Matten und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Wenn Mann trotzdem an den Strand will fährt Mann mit dem Dolmus ca. 20min. zur Frauen Beach) in der Landessprache als Kadinlar Plaji bekannt. Aber Achtung hier kostete ein Liegeplatz 25 Lira und der Sonnenschirm genauso. Wir haben mit 2Personen 70Lira bezahlt umgerechnet sind das 7,00€ daher nich für jeden Tag zu empfehlen und leider ist es dort auch nicht mehr so toll. Lieber zum Millipark oder noch weiter außerhalb wenn man mit dem Auto vor Ort ist. Das Essen war reichhaltig jedoch nicht wie in den großen Hotels überladen. Hier fallen zusätzliche Kosten bei den Getränken an. Am besten vorher Nachfragen. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt das Personal und der Geschäftsführer gehen sofort auf die Wünsche der Gāste ein was sehr positiv zu bemerken ist.
