Chambres extrêmement spacieuses. Cependant, l’hôtel a un besoin important d’être rafraîchi. Les chambres sentent l’humidité extrême, et on a même retrouvé de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Climatisation déficiente. Seul point positif : le personnel est extrêmement courtois envers les clients.

HOTEL MOYEN NE VAUT PAS 4 ETOILES SERVICE MOYEN
L 'hotel est assez loin du metro , il faut compter environ 15 minutes de marche en plus si on est chargé avec une grosse valise lourde c'est pas l 'ideal ! Le lobby est certes beau mais la reception est très lente et en plus on demande une caution !La chambre est certes grande mais pas de porte entre la douche et la salle de bain donc l eau part partout ! Je pense on peux trouvez mieux au meme prix ! Le seul avantage , il est à 5 minutes des tours petronas c'est tout !

Il y a juste une personne pour le Check in, pas d'accueil ni offre de boisson rafraîchissante , la chambre manque la cafetière et le bouilloire et la lumière principale ne fonctionne pas , pas de Check out later alors que notre avion décolle a 23h, le restaurant de l'hôtel est archi mauvais etc.. 5* on a droit le d'être exigeant .

L'hôtel en lui même est propre, mais le service des chambres laisse à désirer, vu que personnes ne s'est occupé des chambres 3 jours de suite, malgré le fait que l'on a appelé à maintes reprises.

Très grande chambre et beaux mobiliers . Dressing douche et belle baignoire. Dommage que l'hôtel n'a pas de bon plombier pour régler les petits soucis de toilettes ou baignoires bouchées. Télévision vieille de 15 ans! Quelle surprise dans une si belle chambre !

Les parties communes sont très bien, la chambre une catastrophe : détérioration importante de toute la chambre et surtout de la salle de bain. Pas de ménage en cinq jours. Moisi dans la salle de bain, linge taché et poilu ! Petit déjeuner moyen. Télévision cathodique que l on ne voit pas du lit. Vue partielle sur l une des tours Petronas.

Klasse Hotel, Top Lage direkt gegenüber der Twin-Towers ! Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, ansonsten Metro, Hop-On Hop-Hoff, Taxi direkt vor der Tür. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hotel in gepflegtem Zustand, mein Zimmer ( oberstes Stockwerk ) war top und sehr sauber mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt. Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden !

The hotel is pretty modern, but the front-desk seems like they don't care. The swimming pool is small, but the gym looked ok. Trying to get a taxi from this location is difficult with it being close to The Petronas Towers and KLCC mall.

This property is rated VIP in Expedia and as a member is not up to the expectations, for same price is many good options the only reason for me to stay there was 1. The VIP perks which was not honored and 2. Location which is very good indeed. The property charge me early check in when I have as a benefit with Expedia, that was wrong, I wasn’t acknowledge and brief about anything else, the conditions of the rooms are deplorable and I found bed bugs and cockroaches in my room 1510, I couldn’t sleep, good I was there only for one night and for sure I will not go back.

Långt ifrån 5-stjärningt
Detta hotell är klassat som 5-stjärnigt, vilket förvånar mig. Jag har bott på 3 och 4-stjärniga hotell med likvärdig eller bättre standard. Hotellet ger ett sunkigt intryck, och rummen är sparsamt möblerade med gamla och slitna möbler. Utanför hotellet går en livligt trafikera gata, och ljudet från den är minst sagt störande. Fönstren är av enkelglas, och stänger ute väldigt lite ljud från trafiken. Tv-utbudet är begränsat till ett antal asiatiska kanaler. Inga internationella nyhetskanaler som t ex BBC, Euronews, CNN, DW osv. Fritt Internet med dålig bandbredd och anslutningsproblem. Trevlig personal. Medelmåttig frukost. Läget är bra, med ca min promenad till Twin Towers. Jag hade förväntat mig betydligt högre standard med tanke på priset. Rekommenderas inte!

Dirty and dusty room!!!
So the hotel lobby is nice, and has a decent breakfast. But the room was extremely dusty with particles of dust everywhere. There was so much gunk and grime in the bathtub that made it unusable. There were so many stains all over the place, its clearly not been maintained well. Won't be booking it again!
