Dear Guests, We are very sorry to read your opinion about our hotel. We would like to refer to some of your accusations. The room that you chose was Petite Boutique, as the name itself states its a very small room, the smallest in our offer. So maybe naxt time you should chose a bigger one to make you feel more comfortable. The parking and breakfast as you mentioned are not within the hotel, but Guests are informed about it before their arrival. Our hotel is situated in Restricted Driving Area so Guests can't park on the streen next to hotel, but at the same time our location is a dream come true for visitors, mainly because it's the very city center of Cracow. You also mentioned the air-condition to be too loud and too bight, unfortunately this kind of device always shines and makes noises, but it's a great relieve during hot summer. As you said, we don't speak French, but every of our employees is fluent in English, so there's always a way to communicate. We also think that because of the language barrier there was an misunderstanding between us, I hope you understand that we always try our best to communicate and recognize our efforts. Regading to the cleaning service - as we respect our Guests' privacy we don't come in to the room if there is a tag "please do not disturb" which you had that day.
