À part la taille de la chambre qui ne permet pas de ranger toutes les valises, nous sommes satisfait de l'hôtel Kowloon qui est très bien situé et organisé.

Room clean and comfortable at the price. Minor room better with luggage stand, and provide a toothbrush and one bottle of water. Check in horrible 40 minutes wait. My suggestions: 2 managers standing there need to be able to check in guests. Pre assign room cards for prepaid guests express checkin line. Lobby add more chairs. Zero paper print copy find simplify checkin. Hotel is not a bank, no need to guard guest or their room like $5000 jewelry.

部屋はちょっと古くて狭いですが、ほとんど外出していて寝るだけなら全然OK。地下鉄の駅と直結していて香港国際空港からホテルまで天気が悪くても雨に濡れる事なく行けます。どこに行くにも出やすい場所にあり、大変便利でした。

The customer service of front desk and porter is awful, they are always showing poker face, no name tag at front, wearing a black jacket but no sign of staff. The cleanliness of the room is another nightmare, the curtain is dirty, the towels are yellowish, the shower head speeding is slow. Luckily, the bed and pillows are still good for use.

部屋は広くはありませんが、綺麗でした。ただ、浴室が古いぞうきんのような匂いがしていました。バスタブに敷くマットが匂いの元のようでした。それが無かったら快適だったと思います。清潔さの項目で★★はこの匂いです。駅の出口に近く、街歩きに便利です。

Very slow internet connection. Try to check in my flight online, sitting in front of the computer for 20 minutes and couldn't get into the airline's website. Staff admitted the slow speed and suggested I send complain to the management.
