Hôtel refait récemment, avec des matériaux de qualité, très propre. Curieusement, les balcons n’ont pas fait l’objet du ravalement alors que cela aurait aussi été justifié ; seule une rambarde en inox a été ajoutée. Clientèle en partie française, avec du personnel français ou parlant bien français. Le problème : le site affiche une piscine, qui avait jouée dans notre choix, et elle n’existe… qu’à l’état de projet ! En France, cela relèverait de la répression des fraudes pour publicité mensongère.

Cher Hubert, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous ecrire. Regardant la piscine, elle est en renovation au moment precis. Nous arrivons pas a voir sur quel site se trouve l'affiche de la piscine, sachant que nous faison tres attention a ne pas l'afficher pour eviter tout type de confusion qui insinue une "publicite mensongere". Nous sommes desolee pour ce malentendu, et nous esperons fortement vous revoir dans le futur avec une piscine completement refaite et ouverte.

L accueil est très agréable et chaleureux. L ambiance est propice à la détente. On a une vue magnifique,entouré de mer et montagnes. On peut louer des vélos, faire une balade en kayak, faire un tour en bateau. Sans oublier la salle de sport pour les plus sportifs. Un hôtel pour les familles comme pour les amoureux ! Au plaisir de revenir et de découvrir les nouveautés de cet hôtel. Un grand Merci à Natacha, son équipe et sa famille !

Most comfortable place in kotor
Very nice place, with great service. Staff is very kind and professional. Atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, with lot of details. Calm and peaceful place with direct access to the sea.

Most friendly staff, good restaurant, location is perfect with beautiful views. Rooms are spotless clean, only not a lot of luxury (only body wash available, no watercoocker or iron and board). We had a wonderful time and like I said, the staff was the most friendly I ever experienced.

Great Location
Nice waterside hotel. First allocated room in rear building had a broken shower, so we were moved to a really nice room in the main building for our second night. Staff were all very friendly. Only downside was breakfast, not a great standard overall. On our checkout day we had to leave before breakfast began and were given a packed lunch. As there was no orange juice available we were offered bottled water, yet none was supplied ! These aspects aside it was a nice relaxing stay.

The staff innreception was very rude. She called my room at 11.03 and told me that check out time is 11.00. This is not acceptable. Apart from that we had problem with the water dranaige in the room. At first, the water was kot flow and the other there were very bad smell

Dear guest,Thank you for your review but what really happened that the reception called you at 11.15 just to ask would you extend the day or you know that check out is until 11 am they did not wanted to disturbed you just to have information and after on late check out you reject to pay city taxes what is not included in your virtual card payment but at the end you understood that accommodation do not include city taxes and you pay it, so thank you for that. We are apologize for calling you and for misunderstanding. By the drain smell that can be happened in all Boka Bay because of old infrastructure and weather conditions sometimes. We really want for every guest to enjoy in our hotel and we tray to do everything to make you comfortable. Hope to see you again. Best Regards.

Beautiful property, right on the water. Parking can get a little crowded, but I can't say I've been anywhere in Montenegro where parking wasnt a little bit crowded. Staff was super friendly. The restaurant was memorable with a great view of the boats coming in and out of the bay. The room was spotless, with working A/c. Overall, would highly recommend.

Stay away from this hotel!!! By far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! No idea how they have got their high feedback score??? Half of their rooms are with sewerage smell that makes you vomit!!! They sell those rooms, knowingly of the problem. The manager of the hotel was trying to tell us it is a new problem, but one of the employees admitted to us that they have this problem for a long time and that they do not know how to get rid off it. On the last day, we asked if we can do a late checkout for no additional charge, as an apology for the ordeal we had in the room. They refused and they told us we will have to pay additional 60 Euros. Never mind that we have paid more than all other guests, since we Mladen a mistake of booking it half a year before and when we checked in, we realised the rooms are almost half price than what we have paid, and the hotel is half empty anyway. Breakfast is a joke, the worst we had in Montenegro. They say breakfast is from 8:00-10:00 At 9:00 there is almost nothing on the tables!

For the room, we immediately offered you a new room, the room we had at that moment because the hotel was full, but you refused two times. This hotel is a gem situated in the Bay of Kotor Management and staff so friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, rooms are spacious. The hotel is on a bus route so it’s convenient for Kotor, Tivat and other resorts. Taxis are reasonable. All in all a good choice Will definitely stay here again

Precioso sitio
La vista es espectacular, la comida deliciosa, la atención de todo el personal excelente. Estuvimos ahi en octubre y el precio fue realmente bueno. Mi única observación es que las instalaciones del hotel no corresponden a un hotel 4 estrellas, no tiene elevador, el baño fue muy pequeño y parecen mas departamentos que un hotel. Pero definitivamente la atención y la comida hacen que todo valga la pena.

Perfect hotel for a family trip!
We had a wonderful 7-night-stay at MonteBay Perla. Perfect location for a family trip (5km outside of Kotor, with a little beach right in the front of the hotel), nice and kind staff, free parking at the hotel (very practical as we learned that parking can be a nightmare around the Bay, at least in July), magical view from the restaurant, the room was fresh, spacey and clean (we had a Junior Suite in the upper building) with a nice, big balcony. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit, croissants, pancakes, bread etc. The only minus really was that the coffee that was included in the breakfast buffé was not to my liking, but it didn’t really matter as you could buy very good cappuccino from the bar for 2 euros instead :) We had a rental car and did some day trips around Montenegro but ended up eating dinner at Bokafina restaurant at the hotel almost every day. Tried some of the other restaurants nearby but the service and the quality of the food was best at the hotel so we kept coming back. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to have a nice and relaxing stay close by Kotor, party people might find another hotels/locations more suitable for them :)

Profesional, helpful , friendly and curtious staff, very clean place, delicious breakfast, relaxing music at the platio. If I can suggest one thing to the management- pay attention and let early riser guests know it's not fair to reserve lounge chairs with towels,make a sign . It's disrespectful towards other guests. Few times i couldn't get lounge chair because they were occupied by towels, not by people!
