Very quiet resort but the staff were welcoming and helpful and the food very good. It was also extremely for our transition to the Palau aggressor liveaboard dive boat

2024年の年末5日間利用しましたが5日間掃除なしシーツ交換なし！タオル　トイレットペーパー　ミネラルウォーター　補充だけ。シーツ交換もなし！値段だけ高く二度と利用しません。

Hotel suffers from the smell of mold. Resort is showing its age with lack of proper maintenance. Staff is pleasant. Clearly the resort will suffer more and more with age and lack of care.

Wish there could be more dining options in the hotel or cooking could be better. I went to Drop Off next door for all my meals except for breakfast which was included in the room charge.

Superb!
Spent three weeks here in November while doing a bunch of snorkeling and kayaking. The Cove is ideally located for these activities and a wonderful place to stay. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast buffet is probably the best I’ve ever experienced! Love the room, very comfortable bed and great rain shower head. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Palau.

Beautiful
It was a short stay but great. The front desk was wonderful in assisting us with all of questions and needs. The room was nice, clean with great climate control. There was a big storm and when the power went out they quickly recovered both our electricity and internet!

Very nice property. The staff was overly attentive to our needs and our room was both comfortable and clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Complimentary robes and slippers made it all feel spa like. Would definitely stay again.

Reservation didn’t work
I had my guaranteed reservation, the hotel said it was cancelled by Expedia, it still showed as active on my hotels.com account. The hotel couldn’t find it even with the reservation number, so I had to rebook at the counter for another room at a higher cost. Hopefully I don’t get charged twice, but I’m not convinced I won’t be.

清潔で良いホテル
お部屋も清潔で広々としていました。プールアクセスの部屋に宿泊し便利でした。近隣にはコンビニはありませんが歩いて行ける距離に人気のイタリアンレストランもあります。 ３泊以上の宿泊だと空港送迎も無料とのことでした。（私は２泊でしたので２０ドルでした。）日本人のスタッフもいました。

パラオひとり旅にてたまたま行ったホテル内のレストランに一目惚れ。そのことをきっかけに、こちらのホテルに移動しました。 まず、スタッフの皆さまが本当に素晴らしいです。初パラオでわからないこと・不安なことがたくさんあったのですが、その都度相談に乗っていただけて、とても親切にご対応いただきました。 次にお部屋ですが、こちらも本当に素晴らしい！！！私が一目惚れしたレストランもエントランスも、全体的に開放感があり、リゾート感を味わえる素敵な内装だと思います。 パラオは夜間の女性の出歩きはオススメできません。ダウンタウンまで少し距離があるため、夜間バスor送迎がない場合はお出かけに不便な部分もあるかもしれませんが、レストランは味も抜群ですのでホテル内で済ませても大満足！こちらのホテルの朝食ビュッフェも◎です。 こちらのホテルでの滞在により、快適に過ごすことができました。感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

非常好的住宿
很好的住宿體驗，除了房間隔音，反應後很快就換房型了，有些房間是有相通的門，平時是關著的，是給家庭房使用的，建議飯店應該把家庭或是團體旅客安排於該房型，才可以避免非團體旅客被夾在這類房型中而被干擾，除此之外，這個飯店服務是非常好的！

Great time with the family
Our family of four stayed in two connecting rooms (door between rooms) at the Cove Resort on our recent trip to Palau. It was a great experience overall. The rooms were clean, big, and cozy, overlooking the pool. All staff members were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant generally was good and pretty reasonably priced for lunch and dinner. Our kids loved the huge pool. It's located on a marina, so boat tours could easily pick us up right there. There is a convenience store a block down the road and a laundromat a block up the road (if you need either). Honestly, I have no complaints. It was a great visit and we're already planning to return.

宿泊した部屋はシンプルかつ清潔感のある雰囲気です。インテリアはベッドやテーブルなど他ではあまり見ないホテルのこだわり(オシャレ感)を感じました。細かな点ですがシャワーの水圧、エアコンの効き具合も特別問題はなかったです。 館内については清掃が行き届いております。フロントの天井に展示してあるカジキは必見です。

If you want to have perfect holiday in Palau, I will strongly recommend to stay Cove resort Palau!! Room is really new, clean and comfortable. And also Free wifi available. Manager and all staff are friendly, helpful. I will chose this hotel if I visit Palau again :-) Thank you so much !!

Comfortable, well-furnished hotel. The staffs were always friendly and helpful. During our stay, we ordered room service which was smoothly delivered. The door was a bit thin; the sound of people talking in the hallway came in sometimes. Also there were few ants in the room, but of course this is always the case in tropical regions, so it didn’t really bother us. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay:)

규모는 작지만 깨끗한 리조트. 수영장
<좋았던 점> 아침식사에 즉석 달걀 요리가 포함돼 있었던 것 헝그리말린의 베이컨 랩 스테이크가 맛있었음 수영장 물 높이 150cm라 어른들 놀기 적당하고 크기도 좋은 편. 아이들용 120cm 깊이도 있는 듯. 풀사이드룸에서 묵었는데, 수영장 이용이 매우 편리. 선착장이 옆이라 바다에 나갔다가 보트로 바로 숙소에 내려줌 나름 맛집이라는 드랍오프바가 바로 옆집 생각보다 빨랐던 무료 와이파이 (하지만 자주 끊김) 침대 베딩이 푹신하고 깨끗 (좀벌레만 나오지 않았다면 정말 좋았을..) 직원들 친절 <아쉬운 점> 전용 해변이 없음 음식이 전반적으로 짬 (이건 모든 팔라우 음식이 그런 듯) 방에서 벌레들 출현 (바퀴벌레 1회, 큰 좀벌레 2회) 로얄이나 퍼시픽에 비해 시설은 깨끗하나 규모가 작아서 로비에 뭐가 없음 (여행사 등 사무실 없음)

ダイビングの為に7泊しました　2階の部屋はバルコニーがあるので機材を干せて便利でした（3階はバルコニー無）朝食付きでした　オーシャンビューですがビーチがある訳ではなく桟橋ビューになります、桟橋まで広い芝生の庭があり解放感があります

확 트인 정원이 좋았어요~
처음 룸에 들어갔을때 약간의 냄새가 났어요..욕실은 깨끗했구요~수영장도 좋았어요!! 조식은 크게 먹을께 없었습니다!!!ㅠ 전반적인 컨디션은 좋았어요~

원래 1박만 할 계획이었는데 너무너무 좋았어서 예약했던곳 취소하고 코브 연박했어요 그 전에 묵었던 숙소가 코브에비해 안좋았기도 했고 수영장이 가장 마음에 들었고 경치도 좋았습니다! 다만 배멀미버거집 가고싶었는데 거리가 쫌 있어서 가이드해주신 분 덕분에 차로 이동해서 쉽게 갔었어요! 팔라우 다시가도 금전적인 여유가 된다면 또 코브로 가고싶어요^^
