Attention- difficult access to the wellness area!
Very disappointed When arriving to learn that it was not possible to use the wellness area (pool & sauna) as it was under reservation only ! It was among my criteria to have select this hotel . Then I have been wakes up at 5h30 by noises in the hotel (other guests ? Employees preparing their work ?) So ... not a good experience in this nice hotel still ...

Průměrný 3* hotel v blízkosti Komochova ostrova
Tento hotel jsme vybírali kvůli jeho poloze, co nejblíže k akci na Kmochově ostrově. Z vlaku tam dojdete pěšky asi za půl hodinky, na ostrov je to rychlou chůzí tak 10 min. Pokoje velké, na přespání ok, jen příliš vysoké polštáře, koupelna v levném stylu, ale dobré. Snídaně hrozná, pečivo staré, žádný výběr, nic sladkého, káva ve velké konvici, nebylo ani máslo, jen margarín. Na tom by se dalo ještě hodně vylepšovat, jinak to celkem šlo. Chválím velmi milý personál.

Dobrý den, děkujeme Vám za zpětnou vazbu a chválu našeho personálu. Pokoje průběžně vylepšujeme, zatím máme zrekonstruované pokoje v prvním patře. Většinou se nám nestává, že by si hosté stěžovali na snídaně. Snídaně obsahuje studené i teplé pokrmy a vždy je na výběr něco sladkého. V den Vašeho pobytu jsme měli na snídaních domácí tvarohový dortík. V případě, že Vám něco na snídaních chybělo, náš personál by se jistě snažil vyhovět i individuálním požadavkům. Nicméně, velice nás mrzí, že jste se snídaní nebyla spokojená. S přátelským pozdravem Tým hotelu Theresia

Dobrý den, děkujeme za pochvalu našeho personálu a jsme moc rádi, že Vám u nás chutnalo. Nedostatky si uvědomujeme a postupně pracujeme na rekonstrukci, bohužel není možné zajistit rekonstrukci všech pokojů naráz. Zatím se nám povedlo rekonstruovat první patro, tudíž bych Vám doporučila pro příští návštěvu objednat pokoj typu "first class". Tyto pokoje se nachází právě v 1. patře. Děkujeme za návštěvu. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Rooms need update, but theft are good size and the sheets were clean. It's a 3 star hotel, i think it's a decent value for the money.

Nice Hotel close to the town center
First things first: the aircon did not work, which is nto a good thing during a massive heatwave. We left earlier due to this. Other than that, the hotel is very nice, the breakfast is very good.

Ci siamo fermati per una sola notte. Stanza calda e confortevole, abbiamo dormito senza coperte nonostante temperature sottoZero. Colazione abbondante di gusti locali con selezione di tè. Consigliato.

A few changes would make this hotel much nicer
Good: Good location, easy to find, spacious room, breakfast OK, good speed of WiFi, pleasant decor in public areas, kettle in the room, warm room on arrival, comfy bed. Bad: no teabags or condiments in room, just 1 tiny sachet of instant coffee, towels on bed (what's the point?), tiny flat screen which can't be rotated, shower rail not working and shower hose really short makes you duck when you wash your hair. And person playing piano at midnight should take a few more lessons...

Praktisches Hotel an der Strassse nach Prag
Das Hotel liegt praktisch an der Hauptstrasse nach Prag. Parken ist einfach. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die recht eingeschränkte Speisekarte. Dafür ist die Bar sehr stilvoll, es gibt einen Kamin.

El hotel muy cómodo limpio con tv satelital y desayuno aceptable,puedes cambiar moneda en el mismo hotel,camas comidas y el área tranquila sin ruido en general la estancia fue buena.

Night manager never heard of orbitz
Showed up at night ready to check in and go to bed, except night manager at reception never heard of orbitz. Had to go out in parking lot and make an expensive call to orbitz so they could call her and get me my room. No explanation from hotel manager or orbitz?

We use “Expedia PartnerCentral” service only briefly, and unfortunately, in the administration of our hotel, the service provider didn´t set the correct e-mail address at our reception, so night manager at reception didn’t know about your reservation. We apologize again for any inconvenience and hope that during your next visit will be everything in perfect order.

Good hotel with fair internet
Good hotel, good food and fair internet free of charge. Food in restaurant not always as fresh as you would like but still eatable. Furniture in desparate need of updating.
