Excellent séjour, hôtel très agréable et personnel très sympathique. Sans oublier la propreté des chambres et la belle piscine sur la terrasse. Légère déception cependant sur le restaurant.

Hôtel très accueillant et bien situé.
La gentillesse est le premier mot qui vient à l'esprit, et s'accorde avec discrétion et professionnalisme. L'hôtel est propre et aéré, les chambres agréables (j'ai séjourné dans deux chambres différentes) et fraîches (l'air conditionné y contribue, bien sûr). La nourriture est délicieuse, le chef aux petits soins. Sur le toit, une terrasse et une petite piscine très plaisantes. Le personnel est disponible, compétent et très serviable. L'hôtel peut organiser des transferts de l'aéroport, de la gare ou d'un site, et planifier des excursions. Sans compter les sourires qui vous sont dispensés sans compter... Excellente expérience.

Un personnel sympathique et vraiment serviable. Une excellente cuisine L'hôtel est décoré avec soin et goût, avec de très belles antiquités. Une piscine sur le toit petite certes mais bien agréable Un bel endroit où séjourner pour quelques jours.

Excellent hotel in the center of Fort Kochi. Christina and her staff are wonderful from check in and throughout. Great vibe. Rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable. Food excellent. Christina arranged massage and pedicure with her friend's salon. Loved this hotel. Highly recommend

Excellent boutique hotel with great location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly Sanitha and Christina. They both made my trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city ,shops,restaurants are within walking distance. Sanitha sent me a car to Pick me up to the Cochin airport. She answered all the emails and reassure me not to worry as I was a female solo traveling. The breakfast was included and delicious!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Tissa's Inn highly recommended. The Hotel is situated in a great location for local attractions and tastefully decorated with antique furniture. A beautiful place to stay! This hotel is decorated with the most beautiful pieces. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind. They can help you arrange rides, exchange money, pick out saris from their in house collection, and give you local recommendations - they really made our stay! The breakfast was excellent with western and Indian options & enough to fill you. Rooms were furnished nicely with strong AC and comfy beds. You are a short distance from Jew Town (in an auto) and Vasco Square … great location. This hotel is great for families, couples, or solo travelers! I can’t wait to return!

The staff, particularly Sanita, Christina and the head chef, were exceptionally helpful. Sanita and Christina resolved several on-ward travel requests for us and were always super pleasant. The head chef always checked on our satisfaction with the food, which was very good. The location is convenient to walking all through Kochi.

I loved Tissa's Inn and would return any time . The staff are wonderful ; each and everyone . The Inn is spotlessly clean , quiet and just delightful. Very good restaurant and a very good chef . Excellent breakfast and many great choices for dinner. Sarnita arranged yoga for me , thank you he , too was wonderful. A delightful place to stay ; highly recommend Tissa's.

Small is beautiful
Very happy about our stay in this pleasant, little hotel - well placed in Fort Kochi. Only comments we have is the lack of a fridge in the room, and perhaps a bigger TV. Otherwise - splendid indeed!

Wouldn’t recommend it
The staff was very nice but I wouldn’t recommend it as it’s not good value for the money. The Internet connection didn’t work properly for both days we were there despite the numerous tries by the staff. The bathroom also wasn’t very well planned as there wasn’t a separation between the shower area and the toilet (so every time the shower was used there was water on the floor next to the toilet). If the hotel was priced around $50, I would say it was okay; but the price with taxes was around $150 per night which didn’t provide the expected quality for that money.

Our flight was 2 hours late. We arrived at 10 pm. An amazing dinner was waiting for 4 of us long after the restaurant had closed. It felt like home. So grateful to warm and hospitable staff.

Great base to explore the Fort Kochi area
Lovely boutique hotel, very comfortable with interesting artwork everywhere. Made use of the pool and adjacent spacious terrace. Enjoyed breakfast, and dinner menu looked appealing and well priced, but we ate out for the experience

Faultless stay at this lovely hotel. Tissa's Inn is a delightful establishment in the heart of Fort Kochi. The rooms are immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Individual antique items decorate the walls and spaces throughout. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful in every way. Trips and tours can be arranged through the delightful Sanitha and Christina. The food is excellent and a cookery lesson can be arranged with chef, Gerry. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overpriced for the room quality. It was the little things eg no batteries in the remote for the tv, toiletries were so old the labels were missing. Hotel was ok but nothing made it special. The rooms were plain and we’ve stayed in hotels with much more character for less. Staff were really friendly.

Lovely staff, clean rooms and great decor. However, poor WiFi (you need to go to reception to get a better connection) and there is no fridge in the room though they can provide a cool box for drinks. Nice central location and lovely to have a small,pool on the roof for the hot days.

A good hotel but food could be better
This was comfortable hotel and the room was lovely with high quality furniture. The staff were attentive and helpful. We assumed from the hotels.com website that alcohol would be available in the hotel apart from on the first day of the month. However, this was not true. You can buy your own alcohol and drink it on the rooftop terrace but not inside the hotel. The food in the restaurant was OK but we ate at other local hotels that served better food.

Winderful on all counts. Sanita, Christina and Raphael at front desk went out of the way. Beautiful building tastely decorated with antiques. In house cook and staff amazing. Excellent location/neighborhood, short walk to beach, eateries, attractions.Simply the best on all counts.

Lovely place, lovely staff. Fort Kochi is an excellent location. Easy to walk around. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. The food was excellent. The staff, without exception, friendly and helpful.
