« Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up! »

The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. « On nous a donné les clés, montré la petit pancarte avec le code du Wifi et puis c'est tout. Les draps semblaient propres mais tâchés de partout. Le miroir était également couvert de traces de doigts. Pas de savon, ou même de torchon pour un appartement. Propreté décevante malgré la bonne localisation. »

« I loved the spaces in this room. Only problem was the mold in the room. Which got worse as the days went by. Is a long way from a Baht Bus too. Not easy unless you have a motorbike or car. I only walked and it was far to get transportation to Jomtien or Pattaya. Bolt will run you a lot in 4 weeks. I walked to the Baht Bus each day. »

« Small but neat apartment in a condo building. The host reacts immediately to any needs. All of Pattaya infrastructure is available at few minutes walk. »

« The room and location were absolutely fine but it took almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. When they arrive they take 500 baht from me to clean room but no one come to clean room in 2 weeks that I stay there. I have already paid for the room, it is not my responsibility to pay for the room to be cleaned when I check out. Also when I arrive, room not have WiFi, they come to fix the next day but this should have been all sorted when I arrived. Overall it’s a good place to stay...

« Troisième séjour en 18 mois. Toujours propre, calme avec depuis peu servce de mini bar en chambre. Piscine agréable sur le toit. Restaurant pas cher â proximité. A 5 minutes de l'animation nocturne en moto taxi. Bref calme, propre et idéalement situé. A recommander. Le + : guest friendly.. »
