The bathroom wasn't clean, the bathtub drain was clogged and the beds we not made daily and the trash was not emptied.

Nice place, large rooms, pool was operational and clean which is sometimes hit and miss in the winter. We will be coming back on our frequent trips through the area. We ordered dinner on Uber eats and it showed up with no utensils. We called the front desk to ask if they had plastic utensils and the lady said yes. I walked up there and she was waiting for me in the hallway with them. Just such a over and above gesture of service. Thanks for making us feel welcome.
