With regard to no housekeeping service during your stay, unfortunately, we don't offer daily housekeeping service at our property for that short of a stay, and we didn't get a notification for a request either. However, we will keep this in mind for your next stay, so we can ensure your room gets housekeeping service daily. We do apologize about the wine glasses and beer cans being left at the elevator. We will bring that to the attention of our housekeeping department, and get that sorted out, so this won't happen during your next visit.
