Arbutus hotel
Cet hotel est prêt de tout à pied! Il a un charme désuet, très old school. Le parking est situé juste derrière l'hôtel et n'est gratuit que de 18 ou 19h jusqu'au lendemain matin 8h30. Donc le package "parking gratuit" n'est qu'à moitié exact...

Un bel et bon hôtel
Le personnel était très sympathique et attentionné. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons et agréables

Très bon petit déj mais hôtel moyen
L'accueil à l'arrivée a été acceptable, pas vraiment désagréable mais on a senti que c'était un peu forcé. Par contre la nuit fut affreuse... nous avons eu très très froid, la clim faisait bien chauffage mais était tellement bruyante qu'il n'était pas possible de fermer l'oeil ! Heureusement après cette mauvaise nuit, le petit déjeuner a été parfait : très très bon, portions généreuses, un plaisir !

Hôtel très bien situé, tout était parfait!
Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter : déjeuner TRÈS copieux, très bel hôtel ancien, situation parfaite en plein centre-ville et à 10 minutes de marche de la gare d'autobus, personne très sympathique. Tout était parfait! Possibilité de louer des vélos tout près. Plein de restaurants et de pubs tout près. Hôtel parfait!

Globalement tout correspondait aux descriptions et aux commentaires des clients . C'est un hotel un peu ancien au charme un peu désuet mais avec tout le confort d'aujourd'hui

perfect location to walk from the shuttle and to catch the train when we left. I felt as though we were in a museum during our stay, it’s a beautiful hotel with comfortable beds and all the amenities that we could ask for.

It's an old property but very well kept and above all, the staff is great. Asking for an internal room could solve the outside noise issue though the internal sound proofing is not great so have some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. On Saturday evenings and Sundays all day, the public car park is free of charge. Overall great value for money and would stay here again.

Classic hotel with kind staff in the perfect location. Short walk to/from the train station. Surrounded by pubs, restaurants, and shopping, with a taxi rank down the street if you need to go farther. As a bonus, it even has a pub (Buckley's) attached. Offering hearty food, live music, and a cozy fire. Absolutely loved staying here.

Great welcome at reception. We were a bit early but they got us our room quickly and in the meantime brought us some coffee and scones. Awesome service. Room was big and most comfortable bed we’ve had on this trip! A very nice place to stay.

What a wonderful, charming property right in the middle of town. It could not have been more convenient to everywhere we wanted to go -- shopping, pubs, restaurants, and the Christmas parade came right past the front door! And the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Just wonderful. The Buckley's bar attached was our staple for drinks and cozy fireside dinners, and the hot breakfast to order was an unexpected treat. This will absolutely be the first choice on the next visit!

Killarney - fun town & lovely hotel
Hotel Arbutus is a historical hotel that has old time keys but wonderful amenities in your room. The rooms are clean and updated with very comfortable beds. We occupied 2 rooms and both of us couples enjoyed our stay here in this wonderful city!

Absolutely loved Killarney and this hotel. The hotel was centrally located, walkable, had a beautiful dining room and delicious breakfast. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

On any other day this would be a great location, but with the carnaval in the back yard they really should have warned or accommodate foe those who aren’t there to be up all night listening to people scream until 11 am. The girl at the front desk seems to think that it’s a normal hour to go to sleep. As well as when I asked her to double check if the room was on the quieter side, she confirmed so but it was facing directly the carnaval.
