It's an excellent place for that. We loved the community of Cathlamet, which is just a short drive away. It's a cute town. We also took the ferry across the Columbia that leaves Puget Island every hour. We will be back again. »

« We enjoyed the stay. Dog friendly?? Had to walk him up to the dock to grass area because it was just deck around the boat house. He people were very friendly there. The carpet and kitchen floor needed replacing. The house was well stocked with everything. Did enjoy watching the wild animals. »

The only complaint came from our adult children who slept in the secondary rooms. They said their beds were uncomfortable and they were unable to get a good nights sleep. We did not have that experience in The master bedroom.. We slept well.overall a very nice experience. »

« This property is wonderful. Each bedroom has blackout curtains and great noise insulation. The kitchen furnishings are new and complete for every cooking need. The linens and blankets are fresh and cozy. The driveway/off street parking is a great bonus. We walked to great coffee houses, restaurants and a bookstore. When we return to Vancouver, we'll be planning to stay here again! »

« My past experience is that properties are not quite as good as they look online. This was an exception. It was even better than I expected. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. So many lovely details right down to some of the most comfortable pillows I have ever laid my head on. I would definitely stay here again! »
