The HVAC in our room did not function. We were in a family room with 3 kids. I was told by the front desk that it was “an old building” and the HVAC control didn’t actually do anything as it was central… it was blowing warm air instead of the needed AC cold air. I was not offered anything for the problem.

The shower head is not adjustable so only very very tall guests can enjoy a satisfactory shower. I am 5 feet tall. The hotel shuttle bus service is good but can be excellent if one/two more ride/s can be added between 5pm and 7pm from the train station to the hotel.

伊豆の宿にはいろいろ泊まりましたが、こちらはビーチとヤシの木と美しい海のロケーションが最高です。神奈川から少しドライブしてこの部屋からの景色と温泉と美味しい料理にはとても満足してます。冬のビーチもいいものです

最高のロケーション！
大晦日から元日にかけて1泊での宿泊でした。 ホテル内で様々なイベントがありとても楽しく過ごせました。大晦日の花火も初日の出もお部屋からでとても綺麗に見ることができ、高齢の母もたいへん喜んでいました。ホテル内のスタッフの方の対応もとてもよかったです。改善の検討をお願いしたいのは部屋着のパンツが冬でも五分丈のみだった点。フルレングスとハーフパンツのどちらか選べた方が良いように思いました。大浴場からお部屋まで戻る時，かなり寒いように感じました。

部屋、廊下、風呂の床、全て清潔に保っており、 ビックリした。期待していた朝食は、3千円の価値はないかな。ただ、決して味が悪いわけではない。

２回目の宿泊でした。 ★良い点 ①良い接客をしようという姿勢は伝わる ②夏の時期、プール/ビーチ周りの仕組みは流石です。 ※エクスペディア経由での予約だとなかなか気づけないのですが、プール周りのパラソルチェアーが基本有料なのですが、当日では予約できないです(翌日含め事前予約でいっぱいでした。早めに電話するといいと思います) ③花火は21時までビーチでできます。丁寧に点火器具とバケツを貸していただけるのでありがたい。 ★マイナス点 ①ベッド下から、ホテルからもらえるミネラルウォーターが出てくる(飲みかけ、いつの？？)。子供が発見して、冷蔵庫に入れそうになる。。。 ②夏季限定の夕食ビュッフェ ・お皿を下げようとする頻度が多い ・ハイボールが水割り(炭酸抜け) ・カニが多めにセットということで配られるが、常温になっていて、衛生上不安になる。 ③ナイトプールは有料。ただ、エリアの立ち入りは無料。ということは、プールに入水すること自体が有料ということ。それは構わないのですが、何がその料金に値するのか？？(昼は無料なのに) ④露天風呂、立っていて隠さないと、おそらく見られる(またはそう思える)。見晴らしとのバランスでしょうが、不安の方が強いかな。

朝食は…
口コミで朝食が美味しいと高い評価だったので、すごい期待していたが、値段相応の味ではなかったので残念でした。 雨が降っていたので、カフェも使わせていただこうと思っておりましたが、朝食にがっかりしたので、カフェ利用は断念しました。サービスが良かっただけに本当に残念です。

The view from our room was absolutely amazing. We strolled along the water along the beach. The breakfast was delicious and there was quite a large selection of food. The staff was very courteous. We did have a bit of difficultly speaking with the receptionist on arrival because of his limited English and we didn't speak Japanese. He was very nice though but it would have been better if there was someone who could speak English a bit better.

A perfect location to end my Japan trip. Hotel is right on the beach. Every rooms are either face the ocean or Mountain View. And the room was very spacious.

這家酒店比較舒適，早上天氣好還可還見日出，可步行至河津車站，但不能錯過接駁車，因晚了回去要步行，但街道黑暗，第一晚要靠兩部電話照明才能回到酒店，但酒店能給美食，在七淹招待我們的女士，深宮美奈子是一位很有奈心，知我們日文不太會說，她用很多方式使我們容易點餐，在此我們都萬分感激，另外一天試了另一間西餐，也有一個會說英文的男士幫我們點餐，整體對這家酒店所有的服務十分滿意，有機會會再去

桜祭りのシーズンでシャトルバスがツアー客だらけで満席で乗れない等の不満がありました 桜祭りのシーズンなのに河津町のタクシーは17時で終了なのでホテルのシャトルバスに頼るしかないのに残念です スタッフ不足なのか、朝食バイキング会場でも20分も待たされました

家族旅行で利用しました。土日で団体客もいたようですが、とても静かでゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。近隣にお店や商店等はないので、ゆっくり静かに過ごしたい方にはおすすめです。子供用のアメニティも準備されていて、サービスもいきとどいていると感じました。 今回は一泊二日のとんぼ帰りでしたが、次回は連泊したいと思います！
