J’ai aimé l’emplacement et la propreté de la chambre. Mais le reste qu’elle grosse déception. Dé mon arrivée j’ai dû me débrouiller pour porter mes bagages et trouver ma chambre. Pendant tout mon séjour le personnel n’a jamais décroché un sourire, Ça se voit qu’ils sont blasés, tous les jours l’hôtel reçoit des groupes de quart de russe et chinois. Je rechercher un hôtel typiquement thaïlandais mais je me suis cru être dans un hotel en Russie. J’avais pris une chambre avec piscine privée mais jamais tranquille car toujours des curieux devant ta fenêtre. La clientèle n’a aucun respect. La nuit les portes qui claquent, on entend des cris lorsqu’il rentre dans leur chambre car complètement bourrés. Ça parle fort.Ils se croient seuls dans l’hôtel. Mon séjour a été plutôt gaché.

Employees do not speak and don’t understand english, difficulties to receive new towells, they didn’t want to call us a taxi, bed was really uncomfortable, moisture in the shower and water was not draining.... Positive point : near to the beach

Trevlig personal och fina rum!
Mjuka sköna sängar, rena rum och jättebra service! Lite slitet på sina ställen men överlag bra! Hade gett en 3,5 om den fanns. Frukosten var sådär, men det är väl lika på de flesta hotellen runt omkring. Vi köpte frukost 2 dagar annars åt vi ute på andra ställen. Skulle absolut kunna bo här igen!

Fint standard hotel til prisen. Hotellet ligger ca. 1,2 km fra Strandpromenaden, så man skal være indstillet på en mindre gåtur. Morgenmadsbuffeten var udemærket. Værelserne var ok, men en lille smule slidte i det. Rengøringen var i top og komforten lige så. Personalet var hjælpsomme, selvom det kun var få af dem der kunne tale engelsk. Poolområdet var ganske fint, dog skal man være opmærksom på, at der hurtigt kommer skygge, idet hotellets høje bygninger omkranser poolområdet. Poolbaren har alt hvad du har brug for og har åbent fra 10-19. Selve byen er meget turistet og der er super meget trafik og mange mennesker hele tiden. Hvis man spiser på de lokale markeder/restauranter kan man få et måltid til 30-40 kr.

Hotel room is dirty. Breakfast is mediocere. Hotel staff wouldn't exchange cash for change for the laundry. They charge for every little thing including printing. The water pressure was very low and it would go from burning hot to cold and back and forth in the matter of seconds. Beds were not comfortable. Over all after 3 weeks in thailand this was our worst stay and the most expensive. Keep look for something better.

Hotel room was under expectations
Hotel room was under expectations. Water flow is inconstant when bathing, to such an extent where there are times where there is no water. room was poorly maintained. The morning breakfast in the restaurant was below expectations. Firstly, there isn’t much variety of food. It ruins the appetite of the diners. The gym cannot even be used. Overall, the hotel was well under expectations and I would not visit there again.

A decent hotel, relative to the fee not worth it. Nothing to complain about except for no hot water and the live music was annoying

Nice family hotel in a good location
Really nice family hotel. Two pools. Good location and close to the beaches and night market. Comfortable beds and we were upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise. 12pm checkout time was great.

Pænt og rent og venligt personale. Poolområde pænt, lidt lille i forhold til hotellets størrelse. Live musik efter min smag på et PA anlæg således den ønskede stemning ikke opnås og forvandles til larm. Højsæson, derfor lidt kø ved morgenmad ind imellem. Morgenmaden var dog rigtig god og udvalget stort. Værelset var udemærket med en god komfortabel seng. Wi-Fi meget ustabilt, skulle konstant logge på igen, hver gang man blev smidt af nettet gik der et par min. Før man var på igen. Kan ikke undgå at nævne at Rusisiske turister er generelt ubehøvlede og totalt ligeglade med andre, de var også på dette hotel.

Helt OK för priset . Sängen var helt suverän. Egentligen inget att klaga på annat än det var för nycket ryssar på hotellet, tråkiga och svåra att få kontakt med.

Great location with all the comforts of home
Fantastic location, right next to the night seafood market with lots of shops, restaurants, and vendors around. Short walk to the beach. Clean, well kept hotel with nice swimming pool and comfortable rooms. Nothing missing.

Large, open air breakfast facility with exceptional egg, fruit and other foods. Fantastic grilled salmon, sunny pool with fountans, and live music. The small exercise room should be enlarged and equipment repaired, modernized and expanded.

Det har været et fantastisk ophold!
Fantastisk ophold! Jeg blev opgraderet til en suite, selvom at jeg havde bestilt et almindeligt værelse. Servicen var helt i top og alle hotellets ansatte er utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Hotellets poolområde er rigtig lækkert og hver dag er der livemusik ved poolen fra 18:00-22:00 Hotellets beliggenhed er også rigtig fin. Der er ikke langt til stranden og lige ved siden af hotellet, ligger der et marked, hvor man kan få rigtig lækker billig mad. Det har været et fantastisk ophold og jeg vender helt sikkert tilbage.

The pool was nice, could be a bit bigger and deeper to allow actual swimming. The rooms and buildings are clean and modern. Fitness room was ok, a few of the machines didn’t work properly.

The do all they can to give you a good stay
I booked 3 nights. On arrival I was told I needed to live in two different rooms,-Check out and change after 1 night. They gave me a two-floorapartment with all you need, so that was nice. However, I would prefer to stay at one room when it was that short time. The first room also smelled very bad from the bathroom. Except from this , the hotel was great. Lovely breakfast, very helpful staff ++. I would go there again

Fint rum med egen utgång till poolen
Bästa hotell vi haft under vår 2-veckorsresa i Thailand. Blev uppgraderade till rum med egen utgång till poolen. Kändes lyxigt och personalen var mycket serviceinriktad. Det märktes att de gjorde allt för att det ska bli rent och fint och nöjda gäster. Synd att vi bodde bara 3 nätter i det rummet.

The best of the property for me is the location - easy access to beach, restaurants and shops. However, service was quite disappointing. Check in was at 2pm but our room was not ready until almost 4pm and that was only because I got upset and asked the manager to prioritize our room especially since we had checked in at 10am. We also asked for someone to come by and show us how to use the ac system but no one ever came. Asked for extra towels each day and never got that either. We felt completely ignored. If you like good service or like feeling like a valued customer (I know I do) I would not recommend this hotel.
