Hôtel usine à touristes impersonnel
L hôtel à l air beau sur les photos , nous y sommes allés avec et pour nos enfants De 9 et 11 ans, pour l espace aquatique ; en réalité l ensemble est assez vieillissant , les chambres sombres , l ensemble mériterait un vrai coup de frais . Hôtel usine à touristes 95%de russes ; très impersonnel . Petit dej buffet avec pas mal de choix .

Séjour agréable avec chambre donnant un accès direct à la piscine. Hotel et personnel agréable. Seul bémol, plus de buffet le soir alors qu' il existait il y a 2 ans et le petit déjeuner est moins fourni. Mais je recommande cet hôtel piur des vacances en famille

Avoir pu accéder à la chambre avant 14 h , vu que notre arrivée a été plus tôt que prévue. Formalité d arrivée simplifiée et rapide et pas de demande d’accompte a l’ arrivée .. Point négatif : étions au RDC ... impossible de profiter de la terrasse car énormément de moustiques . Vestusté de la salle de bain : nécessiterai un rafraîchissement et pas adapté aux familles avec des enfants en bas-âge .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette hôtel, nous avions deux grandes chambres communicantes, lavées tous les jours, linges de toilettes et serviettes de plage aussi. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux avec beaucoup de variétés aussi bien sucrés que salés. Les piscines étaient propres, les toboggans au top! Hôtel un peu bruyant mais aucun problème avec des boules Quies! Très bien situé, a 200 m d'une très belle plage.

PROCHE PLAGE, COMMERCES, ET RESTAURANTS
Situé dans le centre de Karon, hotel relativement bien entretenu. A proximité de tout. Les enfants ont adorés le tobbogan et pour les plus petits une piscine leur est dédiée. Les chambres sont spacieuse et les lits confortables. Le personnel est agréable. Eviter la plage la nuit, elle est infestée de rats.

HOTEL FAMILIALE AGREABLE,
Situé a Karon dans une rue commerçante, proche de la mer. Les piscines sont sympas dont une avec effet jacuzzi et tobbogans. Un espace pataugeoire pour les plus petits. Espace club enfant est assez sommaire. Le cadre est joli, très fleuri. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec de vrais très grands lits. Petits déjeuner passable. Le personnel ne parle pas français, mais très agréable et à l'écoute.

Le personnel froid et pas sympa !
L'hôtel est très bien, joli et très pratique pour les enfants avec ses 3 piscines. Par contre, le personnel n'était pas sympa, une fois sur deux dans les couloirs ils ne disent pas bonjour; mon mari est allé à la salle de sport pied nus (en thailande on est pied nus partout) et il s'est fait crié dessus par une employée survoltée : ça lui a gâché sa journée, il a pas compris et ça l'a beaucoup énervé. Au petit déjeuner les 2 matins la fille nous a pris le coupon sans nous regarder et sans nous dire bonjour, et si vous arriviez à 9h30 - 45 (le petit déjeuner fini à 10h) ils font la tête et rechignent à vous servir), bref accueil assez glacial dans un pays où pourtant tout le monde est sympa. Comme c'est un gros hôtel avec beaucoup de monde les salariés sont impersonnels et froids.

Hôtel avec belles piscines
Clientèle surtout nordique et russe, avec enfants. Belle piscine pour les petits et une autre, circulaire, plutôt pour les adultes. Très beau jardin, avec possibilité d'y déjeuner, sympa. Pour la plage, s'équiper dans les supérettes très proches de parasols et tapis de plage, aucune chaise longue à louer. Pour se restaurer, petits restaurants par tout. Le vin (Australien et Chilien) est à peu près au même prix qu'en France, la bière env. 2€ au restaurant, 1€ la canette à la supérette. Taxi aéroport-hôtel réservé sur le net avant le départ de France: 850 baths, pour le retour hotel-aéroport réservé par l'hôtel: 1950 baths. Attention aux chambres du rez-de-chausser donnant à l'arrière, elles ne sont pas encore rénovées.

Nous sommes en couples nous avons passée 2 nuits, la chambre est grande , ensoleillée, avec balcon, jolie déco. Ideale pour les familles car tres grandes piscines. Par contre je nai pas aime le buffet petit déj qui n'est pas du tout apetissant . Séjour agréable et personnel tres sympa

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet has a great selection. The place is close to the beach restaurants and shopping. The pool and water slides are a hit with the kids. Will definitely come back again.

My wife’s gold neckless was stolen in the room, we asked in reception if by chance has been reported as missing items, also today checking my wife discovered her jeans shorts also was missing. This is terrible, don’t advice to stay here.

Older hotel however kept very clean and tidy. Great breakfast option. Close to 7/11 and restaurants. Both pool bars were great and bar staff extremely friendly! Pools were great and big in size, slides were fun and fast. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay that much better. Tuk tuks very close by, Karon beach only 300 meters away, good beach activities. Overall great stay and would come back.

Booked a connecting room that was never given to me. I was issued two supérate rooms and was charged for both. Hotel staff did nothing to accommodate.

Children like the slides and swimming pool a lot. Room is very dated but clean. Food choice in buffet breakfast is not a lot but enough. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Easy access to beach but beach is not fit for swimming (big wave) when I went.

Pool bar staff & spa staff were exceptional. Property clean & hygienic. Slides were aging in areas. Overall great property experience.
