Beautiful setting, backs up to a pond and walking trail, lobby and room very clean and nice, staff was pleasant and friendly, breakfast was typical hotel fare but lots to choose from. Even though there were several girls softball teams staying there at the same time we were not bothered by excess noise.

When i checked into my room the air conditioner was making this constant buzzing noise so i went to the front desk and asked if it ever shut off. Without hesitation the maintenance man jump in and checked it out. He ended up changing out the old one for a new one. Excellent way to start my stay. Thank you. Everyone was very nice.

Beautiful scenery and a nice little park within walking distance. Nice bar inside, ordered a pizza that was $15.00. Turned out it was a frozen pizza, and it was not that great. Nice pool. Terrible coffee.

The mattress was bad . My back hurt no matter which way I turned. Called the desk ask for a better room but none available, so we had to check out at 10:00 pm in a storm and move to a different motel. All our money was returned but took a. Week to get it back. The desk was very apologetic.

Mr. and Mrs. Skidmore - Please accept our apologies for the problem with your mattress. We are reviewing it today for condition. Later this year our entire hotel will be having mattresses replaced, but in the meantime we will see about switching this one out.

shower soap was empty, shower wasn't clean, stool had a loose seat, stool took too long to quit running when flushed, a bulb was out for one of the reading lights, sink did not drain well, hallways needed vacuuming and has stains near the elevator, coffee and breakfast wasn't ready till 7:00, gravy was cold

Enjoyed the outdoor-indoor pool and the hot tub. The hit tub has no thermometer. Room was very clean and felt very spacious as did the bathroom.There is a dog walking area and the lake and waterfall behind the hotel was picturesque. Asked if there was availability to check in early and the person in the phone said my room was ready. Upon arrival my room was not ready and the front desk worker didn't know anything about my early arrival and told me I was talking to a call center. My room was ready soon after I arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was excellent. The view from the patio to the pond was great. There was a walkable teail system in front of the patio that led around the pond and Bass Pro. Very relaxing.

Absolutely amazing! We are originally from the area and moved away but came up for a surprise bday party. My son loved the pool. The staff phenomenal. Sunday morning about 5am my son got sick in bed and they gave me a set of sheets i asked for but it went farther down so we decided to check out afterwards because he wasnt feeling well. I told the Absolutely lovely lady at the front desk what happened and she was very understanding and super sweet even offered my son a sprite. When i say its an amazing hotel with amazing staff i mean it!

Rebecca from the kitchen area welcomed us every time we stay at the hotel making feel very happy and welcome. We were very annoyed by the prople sleeping above us, they were making so much noise. They were running last night and this morning brfore 8am.

This isn’t the feel of the Stoney Creek we stayed at years ago. Same hotel m, same place but the smell in the lobby smell of dust. Unpleasant. I checked in and got to my room only to have maintenance in there. I had to walk all the way back so to the lobby to switch rooms. This place is getting old and falling apart. It’s definitely not worth the rate they charge! There’s are so many hotels around this area. Choose something else for a cheaper price, u will get the same kind of hotel. An overcrowded, smelly, old hotel!

Really clean rooms. Beautiful waterfall along the trail. Not too far from anything but looks like you are tucked away from the city.
