Friendly staff; facility a bit dated; good breakfast; parking is not the best but ok. Great access to stadiums. If you’re coming for a game, it’s a convenient place to stay. I give it 4 out of 5 stars. 👍

The property was great with close proximity to Arrowhead and Royals Stadiums. Very clean and well maintained, great breakfast and the grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

This location was perfect for us to go to a baseball game. The hotel was clean and the staff were very pleasant. The area around the hotel left a lot to be desired, it was run down and the appearance of the hotel from the outside was a bit daunting as well, but inside it was nice. The biggest frustration was that check in time is at 4 which is quite late for most places, but we were unable to check in until about 4:30 along with a bunch of other guests because the rooms were not ready.

Vacant, out of business fast food place and a gas station are all that is next/near the hotel. Also, a major highway is very close. Only the view of the two sports stadiums a short distance away made it a decent choice. The ladies in the breakfast area were excellent! The front desk staff was efficient but their appearance could/should be better. Lastly, the small snacks/drinks for sale area near the front desk were virtually empty and they were restocked in the two days we were there.

They absolutely outdid themselves with the free breakfast. The eating area is very large with a whole wall of windows and the staff keep it spotless. The hotel is no more than a fifteen minute walk from the royals ball park and the chiefs stadium. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean and had friendly staff. The breakfast bar is nice! We also appreciated how close it is to Arrowhead stadium! We able to make it across the street to stadium in under 10mins and didn’t have to mess with parking!

Extremely friendly front desk staff. The rooms were a little dirty, mostly because of the age of the hotel. There were candy wrappers on the floor when we got there. Comfortable hotel, friendly staff.

The staff was amazing and the breakfast was top notch! The alarm in the room was set for 6am from a previous guest and we got in super late so I didn’t get much sleep at all but if that hadn’t happened it would’ve been seamless. The room was clean and the ac worked well and the bed was comfortable.

Thank you Kim. The rocks are to fill a hole from a water main that broke during the cold snap we had. Old Burger King that closed. We don't like it either.

We survived the coldest game at Arrowhead, to FREEZE overnight at the hotel. Power outage had folks stuck in the elevator and we couldn’t get the heat to work.

Temperatures outside were -6F with sensation of -25F and the heater was not working and our bedroom temperature was almost 63F that is terrible when you came from the street. The doors and the hallways were very noisy. The only reason I stayed is because of the Chiefs game. Kitchen closes early considering the volume of guests. I have to asked for the sofa bed bedding in front desk and we were 3 and only 2 towels.

Thank you for being our guest. We had some extreme cold weather during that Chiefs Wild Card game. So cold that the power in the entire area was out for three hours. We do apologize, but it was out of our control. That is why the kitchen was closed. Bar was open !

Perfect spot to attend games. Walking distance, we even walked during the -10 degree game and it was no issue. They have a cool bar that fills up with fans before and after the game. Staff was great.
