The staff were great, they were friendly and happy to help. The room we stayed it was not super clean though. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, toothpaste and other unidentified drips on the bathroom wall. The shower walls were not very clean either.

This is a dated hotel . If you are early instead of suggesting to wait for your room, They offer you to check in early charging you USD 40.- same for one hour late departure. Bathroom shower didn’t work properly first day. Your room doesn’t get cleaned daily. Other than that it’s a hotel and they have a good swimming pool, sauna and very hot tub. Kids enjoy swimming.

Never had a problem the first two nights I stayed. The third night, food delivery person was told he had to leave the food at the reception area. Not true as it had been delivered the first two nights. I telephoned the front desk 15 times and called the main Red Lion line. The main line could not contact the front desk either. I finally walked down and asked why my food had been sitting there for an hour and he was rude. I indicated that I had repeatedly called and no one picked up. He became even more rude. Bathrooms need updated.

Check in staff was not overly friendly. Called downstairs on second night seven times. No answer. Walked downstairs and asked a question. Same man was outright rude.

I liked that it was close to the mall and Starbucks. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked the breakfast area. I did not like that there was quite a few homeless people hanging around the doors and parking lot. It made us feel uncomfortable. The side door by the convention centre was not working properly so it was hard to get out of the building. Our room floor was not vacuumed properly as there was a few pieces of snacks on the floor. Our room said it had a safe in it but we never seen it.

Love this location, and I’ve stayed here many times. Carpet is showing age, bed was showing age as well, but comfortable. Biggest disappointment was the exterior where I stumbled across homeless person sleeping in the bushes, and needless on the ground next to them.

The bathroom was filthy with hair on shower walls, but toilet and sink. Check in was more complicated than it needed to be. Too much reliance on computers and when they went down, the staff was crippled. Expected much better than this, most likely will not stay here again.

Staff really friendly and welcoming. Property in good condition but starting to need some updates. You have to remember tons of people coming and going it’s gonna have a little wear and tear. Cleanliness of room was fair few minor things missed. But I know if I was cleaning a hundred or more rooms a day, I’d miss some stuff.

Attached to the mall was nice. Room was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Only complaint was the pool wasn’t working we booked the hotel because it had a pool.

We stayed for 3 nights and nobody cleaned our room nor did they ask us if we needed anything. I had to ask for clean towels and shampoo, toilet paper. I will never stay there again.

Please bring back the omelette man. The pool was out ot service the first night. The walls are very thin on the south side, so are the floors. Can hear neighbors clearly.

We came 4 hours to come swim with our children and they shut down the pool and didn’t tell us half way through our stay. Didn’t care when we expressed it.

It's a little older but it's a great location!
I went in ahead of my husband to check in and I was met with two front desk clerks who were in a conversation when I got there I obviously interrupted a conversation the were having. So, the service I received was quick and business like, I guess I just felt uncomfortable for having interrupted them, (I REALLY didn't mean to do that). This hotel is older and it looks like they are trying to give it a last gasp, which would be tough when the mall attached to it is a ghost town.

We had not stayed here for a number of years, and it has gone down hill. The carpet apparently hadn’t been vacuumed in a while; it took about two hours for the room to warm up enough for us to remove our coats and the breakfast has been cut back to premade foods.
