I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Having the room next to the loudest elevator on Earth was only part of the problem. Some guests on our floor were very loud until after 4:00am. Partying, fighting, slamming doors, screaming. I called the front desk at 2:30am requesting assistance. Nothing was done. I called again at 4:00am begging for assistance. They finally quieted down after 4:15am. Needless to say I will not stay here again. The staff did nothing to ensure I had. A good experience at their establishment.

There was a lot of noise at 2.30 am till 4.30 am. Although management was given notice about the need for gluten free food at breakfast , it was not catered for, not even gluten free bread. The lady on kitchen duty was helpful and made some scrambled eggs, which was nice of her. She hadnot been informed. Also a little disappointing that plates and cutlery were plastic as it is billed as a 4 star hotel. Staff were polite and helpful.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The shower head was substandard but other than that everything was very nice. Breakfast provided multiple options. Pool and hot tub were very good.

NO one at counter for check in took 20 minutes an several times ringing a dysfunctional bell before a guy showed up to wait on us very unfriendly think we woke him up from somewhere , cob webs in the room, all hotels we’ve stayed at breakfast is served from 5:30-10al this place is 7-8am , you can hear the traffic in 131 not a sound proof place

I booked a room and eventually another room for my family we had a few friends to come swim in the pool they were not overnight guest the manager on hand was very unpolite

It was a place to sleep overnight. The elevator was the topic of conversation. We were on the 4th floor or we probably would have walked down. It was clean. The breakfast was well stocked. Syrup was restocked when it ran out

Very meh
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I could not get any hot water in the shower. Also the curtains do not close all the way and there is a very bright light outside the window. For both of these reasons I would not come back.

Nice except carpet
The hotel was nice - hot tub could be hotter but the pool area is nice. The room was clean but the carpet was REALLY dirty. I spilled my cup of water and used a towel - YUK! Overall nice and Id stay again!
