Nice hotel but restaurant shall be avoided
The staff at reception and restaurant are really service minded. The hotel is nice, in a good location and the pool is a plus. Clean rooms with ok beds. But, the staff in the kitchen was terrible. We were the only guests in the the restaurant and we ordered 2 plates of cold cuts as starter and then pizzas and pastas. It took the kitchen 1 hour to prepare the cold cuts. The pizzas and pastas took an additional 1 hour and was not served to the guests at the same time. We complained a lot to the waitress who had to bear all complaints on behalf of the kitchen staff. All in all a good hotel but if you want to eat, be prepared to wait 2 hours for the food. The waitress offered some drinks on the house.

Nice little hotel close to the beach
Nice little hotel near the beach, 20 min walk from the center and 35 min walk from the old town. Room was standard hotel room, clean and with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, enough selections for every taste. Service very nice and smiley.

Great property - new and modern fixtures. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff - went out of their way to research and help when I asked for locations of Covid vaccine. Road noise does come through - property is on a street. Maybe they have quieter rooms on the other side and I just did not know to ask for that.

The rooms are very small, it was not possible to open two suitcases at once. The staff at the front desk was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed. The breakfast staff was very friendly and there were plenty of choices. The pool are was tiny, we didn't use it.

Great hotel with good facilities, and in a good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only problem was that they did not have enough people helping to serve the breakfast, and there was a big queue.

New and clean hotel, would stay again
Rooms were very fresh, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and service was good. COVID procedures were consistently adhered to and felt very safe overall. The location is in the middle of a residential area, but only a short walk to the marina and seafront.

A great but very short stay.
My bus from Tripoli arrived at Kalamata very late at night and I had to board my plane to London early the next day so was very disappointed that I couldn't stay longer. The room was beautifully designed and I loved the bed. The breakfast spread was varied with choices of hot or cold items and the waitresses were very attentive and gracious. Front desk was very helpful when I asked to zip up my bag and to call for a cab for me. If I ever come back to Kalamata, this will be the hotel I will stay.

New hotel close to Kalamata beach
New modern hotel in quiet location and within walking distance of the busy Kalamata beach. Love the infinity pool with very comfortable beach chairs. The buffet breakfast includes many local products and is eaten overlooking the pool area. Very helpful staff.

Enjoyed our stay at Garden hotel, particularly liked having breakfast on the terrace by the pool. Staff is very friendly and professional.

Qualche stella di troppo...
L'hotel è nuovo e tenuto molto bene ma le cinque stelle che appaiono all'ingresso sono davvero troppe. La stanza che ci hanno dato era molto piccola rispetto alla media delle stanze dei 5 stelle, con l'armadio in mostra e pochissimo spazio dove poter sistemare i bagagli. La colazione è invece ottima ed abbondante. La piscina è molto piccola anche se l'area attorno ad essa è comoda.

Struttura molto bella, piscina incantevole, prima camera assegnataci al piano terra un elegante tugurio...rumorosa e poco pulita. Seconda camera assegnataci, dopo varie lamentele, al secondo piano graziosa. È un quattro stelle, bellissimo il design, ma I servizi non sono all’altezza di un cinque stelle
