We are pleased you enjoyed breakfast and dinner and apologise for the slow service. Our staff are undergoing constant training and we hope that you will notice the difference when next you visit us. We also apologise for the fact that there was no in-room directory or room service menu in your room. The new directories are being printed at the moment.

We were all very shocked about the attempted robbery because, until now, our security measures have proved sufficient. However, the safety and security of our guests is of paramount importance to us and we therefore immediately investigated the incident and as a result are rolling out new security features as a matter of urgency. These include doubling up on night security personnel as well as introducing a new dog unit on night shifts; the installation of over 180 cameras throughout the estate and along the perimeter fence; securing the perimeter fence with floodlights; and providing panic buttons on all the rooms. In addition, we have also signed up with an armed response team linked to our perimeter fence alarm system.
We are certain that there will be no further incidents of this nature once all these measures are in place.
We apologise for the disappointing reaction of our staff to this issue. Our staff should immediately have taken care of you and your wellbeing and we regret that this did not happen. We will look into the matter, put protocols in place and train staff to know exactly what to do should a similar incident every happen again.
