Bien situé pour court séjour
Nous avons eu la chambre au 1er étage et heuresement, hotel sans ascenceur, escalier vertigineux le soir en rentrant par la porte de derrière pas pratique avec enfants et poussette. La chambre est agréable mais sans plus, les robinets fuis, les toilettes ne sont pas fixés problème de joints le lavabo de la salle de bain est miniscule. Les points positifs sont l'emplacement idéal devant tramay et grand balcon uniquement pour la chambre familiale du 1er étage, très bien pour un séjour court je suis comme meme satisfait il y a des fois ou il faut fermer les yeux sur certains détails. Je recommande

Great location for touring Jerusalem
Cappuccino in the morning was a nice amenity. Location and value for money were very good. Needed extra room and this was spacious.

Will start with good location was great few min walk from the market restaurants and train. Other then that the pictures were probably taken when they first opened since then the property in neglected,not clean,can't recommend it and don't understand the good reviews here.The was not like in the photos,the train worked all night as well so noice during the night,wetness on the walls and they peel off,dirty floor,dirty towels.and no elevator so take it into account if u have luggage with you.

Worst Stay Ever
This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time, and I am not picky. We were worried after not seeing any reviews since before covid, but it looks like covid has not been kind to this hotel. They made us wait 3.5 hours just to get into our room, which we were okay with since it was a holiday. After that wait, though, it wasn’t even the room that we paid for. The room we got was in the basement, very stuffy, and incredibly dirty. Mold in the bathroom, trash bags stuffed into the corner of the room, and dust/dirt everywhere. We might have been able to stay there if there were hot water, but we couldn’t even take a shower that night. Nobody works during the night, so we left the hotel at 11pm to get another hotel. They won’t even give us a refund, either. Terrible place.

Melhor lugar em Jerusalém para quem está explorando a cidade à pé ou de transporte público !! Excelente localização , em frente de uma estação de VLT (bonde elétrico) na Jaffa Street !!

First night in Jerusalem
Not the newest hotel in Jerusalem and a bit warn. OK beds and ok cleaning. Located in walking distance from Yitzhak Navon train station between station and old city. Directly in front of main street a bit noise until around late evening. Staff/owner was very friendly and helpful so a good place to start visit in terms of recommendations etc. and in terms of non-expensive stay.

Great location, low service
We picked the place because of it’s location (very close to the famous Mhn’e Yehuda open market. We were told that it was an apartment, with two bedroom. In fact, it was 1 bedroom with a living room in which 3 beds were placed. The T.V had no channels. The bathroom shelf was filthy! The breakfast (extra fee) consisted of a fried egg+salad. In whole, the location was great, the service was disappointing.

Jeruslem stay 3 nights
Place was old and rustic and dusty during the first night, and hot water takes a while. However, we were on tours all day so it didnt really matter much during our stay. Pro is owner was very responsive and accommodated us because we had a very late checkin the first night coming from eilat after midnight. He left us with the code of the door in the back and keys were left in our room. Also, they let us leave our luggage on the last day to go on our last tour before we left jerusalem. Overall it was a good stay. Location is also very close to the famous market in jerusalem and that was a very awesome experience trying different food and drinks.

The staff was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Our room was not as clean as expected upon check in. There was no daily cleaning but we did receive towels and toilet paper upon request. Great location.

Los chicos de recepción son encantadores y se prestaron a ayudarnos en todo lo que pudieron con unos cuantos temas. Trato inmejorable.El apartamento muy comfortable.Las camas cómodas.El desayuno excelente. Localización muy buena cerca del mercado, supermercado y frente a parada de tranvía.

Good overall stay, great location, stairs only.
Overall a good stay. Great customer service from the staff, great hot breakfast with specialty coffees. We traveled standby on this last minute trip and I started booking the room with a double and a twin (there were three of us) and lost my connection as we took off, then when I️ went to complete the booking after we landed the price had doubled. I asked when we arrived if they had the smaller room and they asked to see the old price (which I could no longer pull up) so I ended up with a two bedroom at twice the price which was also on the 4th floor with no elevator. It did have a kitchenette and a small table and chairs and also flat screens in each bedroom area, but we could never get the satellite to work. You can earn rewards nights here but not redeem them. Those two things were frustrating. The location is great. Literally on the same street as the light rail down to the Old City (about a mile away) and also .4 mile the other direction from the bus stop for line 485 that goes to the airport. There’s a great large market about a block or so from the hotel (very few restaurants though, mostly produce). In the states this would be considered a little bit of a rough stay, but having not stayed elsewhere in the city I don’t know how it compares. I definitely felt the $208/night was excessive.

Our 1st trip to Jerusalem. Small, older family run hotel. Room was average, bed was good, kitchenette was not well equipped. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful (I give them a 5 on scale of 1-5). Breakfast was excellent, good variety of foods. Location was close to large open market & other shopping. Light rail runs right by hotel down through main shopping area and to Old Jerusalem. Transportation to & from airport by sherut (shuttle van) is convenient and reasonable. We'll stay here next time we come.

Very cute hotel
Very nice hotel in central location near Machne Yehuda market. Quiet, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Room was quite big. Breakfast was fresh and great. The only thing I would improve is the rooms' doors.
