« Comfortable and near to everything »

« Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach. A wind storm unfortunately came through during our stay and made a mess of the beach. The staff did there best to clean...

« Love the updated rooms modern with nice bathrooms towels and washcloths looks new but the problem I had was I saw roaches this is not the first time I told management on a previous trip so housekeeping sprayed this time they came to my room and saw for themselves so in my opinion they need to exterminate »

« I think this is my 5th time staying here . It’s always clean and I feel very safe . It’s also very spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the staff and everyone involved are very professional. I highly recommend. »

« First on foremost, I could not get the TV to work. Secondly, there is a hole in the wall next to the air condition inside the bathroom there was mole in the ceiling. It definitely needed a paint Work, the stove in the kitchen. I did not use it because that stove needed a new one. Cabinet doors is coming off the inches and I can go on and on and on in the living room not working. »

« This property is well located on the hip strip. It is a property in transition. The restaurant and pool are closed; not sure if they are going to open. Security is good. Lots of stuff to see and do nearby. The Doctor’s Cave beach and a Starbucks are across the street but the beach requires a fee for admission and an extra fee if you want a beach chair and umbrella. »

« Apartment was not available. Guest was still in the apartment for 2 days of my 3 days stay. Renter lied about leak and relocated me to another dirty smelly location pretending that my apartment would be ready the following day. I waited past time of the event I was intended to attend on this trip. Management and front desk receptiontionist were hospitable and tried to accommodate me in getting ready for the occasion by offering an area for me to get dressed. I needed more so I had to rent...
