confort maximun
Nous venons de passer 7 semaines en Inde et avons eu 8 hôtels différents. Vesta International nous a offert tout le confort dont nous avions besoin à la fin d'un séjour très intense. Le top en terme de qualité de service ! Un peu excentré mais les rickshaws nous amènent rapidement aux portes du vieux Jaïpur.

Very sad hotel. Dark. They are doing economies by switching light off. The train station nearby makes noise. Room is awful - quality of bed and carpet and bathroom is very bad. Swimming pool is dirty and not seriously cleaned. This should be a 3 stars hotel even if the style is beautiful.

Bonjour L'hotel n'est pas tres bien situé mais en taxi c'est tres rapide et pas cher pour rejoindre le centre ville. L'hotel est tres beau et tres propre. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Les chambres sont vraiment tres belles!! Seul petit bemol : le wifi n'est disponible qu'au rez de chaussée et au restaurant. Et le room service est assez cher Neanmoins je recommande vivement cet hotel !

Nice hotel,too bad I got the room with the mattress (room 512)which should of been tossed 2’years ago, maybe the hotel manager/ and or CEO should sleep for three nights on it then refund my money? I might as well mention the hot water isn’t available at all times. Shame on you guys!

I neither like the hotel nor the staff. It was the worst experience with Vesta. They have argued with me for booking I made 5-6 calls to Expedia thereafter issue was resolved.

The pre booked rooms were not ready by 4 PM. We have to wait 1 Hr to get the rooms. Not enough towel provided. No shower cap, toothpaste kit provided. All basic need are in poor condition. There was lack of staff in hotel. After all these, the room charges were high. Would you prefer it now? Your choice.

Very poor experience! Room was noisy, dirty and very basic. Breakfast was also very basic. Staff were pleasant but spent more time taking selfies (without asking) with my children as oposed to concentrating on their customer service! Very uncomfortable, disapponting nights stay! Thankfully only 1 night!

Decent but definitely not worth the money
Arrived here and they put me in a standard delux room when I'd booked for an executive room. I'd had a shower and put my things down when they called me and asked if I'd like to move to an executive room. The executive room was bigger and better for me and my girlfriend, however the room was right in line with the metro rail line ... hardly a view of the city. The location of the hotel is quite far away from metropolitan areas so if you're ready to uber it everywhere go for it. The shower drain kept getting clogged, our toilet seemed to have a leak in the back, there was barely any hot water. Getting wifi is near impossible, involves having to go down to reception and getting the wifi password manually every 24 hours. The food at the restaurant was okay, the bar did not serve any cocktails and it seemed to take about 20minutes to put the bill together. The staff could use a refresher course in English, in a big tourist city like Jaipur the standard of English was quite sub par. our auto drivers had better grasps of English. If it were an average hotel I would say that it was a decent stay (nothing too wrong/nothing special) but considering that they advertise themselves as a 4 star hotel, they really need to up their game. Hotel room was disappointing. Stayed at other budget hotels in India and this hotel's facilities / rooms require some serious upgrade. Look elsewhere.

Huge Disappointment
We booked this hotel because of its high rating on trip advisor (4.5 stars), but we were very disappointed in what we got. The hotel internet description said the hotel provided robes and slippers, offered washers and dryers, and a coffee shop/bakery, however none of these things were actually available. When we inquired about using a washer and dryer, we were laughed at by staff. The room was very dirty. The wallpaper was water damaged and peeling off the wall, the window was loose and looked like it was about to fall out of the casing, and the mattress and pillows had a fetid smell. When we requested new pillows staff were sent to our room with clean pillow cases, but the stained and dirty pillows remained. The concierge was friendly and helpful, but the other desk staff were impolite and rude. The kitchen and wait staff were the best thing about this hotel. They were very friendly and made certain we were happy with our meals. The desk staff could learn from the restaurant. The hotel is located on a busy road with the rail line across the street and the city metro line running above the rail line. With a window that would not latch the noise was very loud. Additionally the AC did not work really well and it spewed a terrible smell. This level of fifth and decay goes beyond housekeeping. These issues are management problems. Overall the rude desk staff was only out done by the filth and terrible smell. I would not recommend this room to others.

Average Hotel close to Railway station
Overall an okay kind of Hotel except a few issues regarding the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The Hotel is not so big as it looks in the pictures on their website. The swimming pool is much smaller than it looks in in the picture. Its good if you are visiting Jaipur and just need a place to crash.

the hotel is well located near the metro and train station. if you need to get a taxi do it through the hotel otherwise you will pay more than expected

Nice location.
Close to Jaipur railway, metro train and sightseeing. Very curtious staff. Welcome staff, live music, good clean rooms, great food. enjoyed my stay at Jaipur. Highly recommend this place.

Trashy Property
I would definately not call it a hotel. It was worse than a guest house. Dirty rooms, dirty common areas, broken bathroom fittings, noisy corridors, food was very average, empty mini bar, pre locked in room safe, some problem with the tv or set top box (it made a whistling sound), dead furniture, uneasy mattress. I made a review on trip advisor for their property n their hotel staff has been begging n trying to make me feel guilty for putting up that review so that i take it off. The property is surely worth being ignored. After all u don't take a vacation so that these people spoil it n then offer u a free stay the next timeso that u don't review them as a bad place to be. I would rate it in minus. So please book if u love staying in a filthy environment.

Terrible hotel, stay away!!
Terrible Hotel, lobby looks OK very but rooms are very bad. Bathrooms were dirty and had hair in the shower and water would not drain in the shower. When we complained about the shower, we were shifted to a different room but the shower had the same problem, water would not drain in it too. Beds were very uncomfortable and creaked every time we moved. Very poor maintenance, took multiple phone calls to the front desk to have the luggage delivered to the room.
