« This is a wonderful property to stay in while birdwatching at Huguenot Memorial Park. After a long day of hiking and birding the room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Did not feel like going out so I was able to utilize the kitchen. Watched the sunset and the sunrise from the dock right on the river. I have already recommended it to friends! »

« Beautifully appointed, very "of the moment" design wise, really lovely carriage home. It's small, but expertly designed. Donny was responsive and helpful when needed. Great neighborhood within walking distance of shops in a beautiful part of Jax. The only issue (and it's a tough one to get right because it's such a personal preference) is that the pillows were not firm and a bit lumpy - for my taste. But everything else about the stay made up for it. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Home was a little smaller than pictures made it seem, but all in all it was very cozy. If you just need to spend the night in Jacksonville this is definitely the place! Host was very responsive and helpful. She let us check in early! »

« We loved the accommodation, our only complaint was a distinct smell of someone having smoked in the room. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place »
