Great location and excellent front desk staff. Very walkable and centrally located in Jackson Hole. Clean room at check-in. We were provided a shuttle transportation from JAC airport.

Great value. Breakfast was phenomenal. Heated flooring. Staff are helpful. Easy walk to Old Town Square, Visitor Center, National Elk Refuge, Museum, restaurants, etc. Straight shot to Jackson Hole Airport (about 9 miles) and to the Grand Teton National Park. I think this is the best hotel if you're going to this area.

We arrived a couple of hours before the official check in time and the reception gave us a room anyway. They also gave tips on restaurant options, sightseeing etc. Very easy going and accommodating.

The location of the property was great. Able to walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. Parking at the hotel was very easy and near the room. The breakfast was decent with a variety of hot food options as well as cold/continental style options. The room decor seemed recently updated and clean. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken and not available for use.

Our stay was excellent. They were doing some repairs/updates on the floor in the lobby, but other than that we enjoyed everything. Breakfast was excellent and transportation to and from the airport was a plus.

It’s more of a motel. Small dark rooms and there was a spider in our bed that crawled over my leg.

They are upgrading all of the rooms - I would probably wait until they are finished if you are considering staying there. Rooms are getting pretty dated so it’s good they are upgrading. Breakfast is good with plenty of protein options. Very walkable to town!

Overall everything was very easy to navigate. Location is amazing, very central and easy to get to grand Teton national park. My partner and I had an amazing experience.

Property is being renovated but it was not disclosed until arrival. Breakfast was not available so they offer a $10 discount (to be refunded at some point in the future). Unfortunately, $10 won’t buy a cup of brewed coffee and a muffin in Jackson. People were nice and room was clean. Building is older and you can hear toilets flushing, showers running, mini refrigerator turning on and off.

We were greeted upon our arrival and every time we walked in or out. Jeremy and Sun were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. It is in the perfect location in town. The view is amazing!
