The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was clean and welcoming. The walls were thin though, so you can hear everything in the rooms next to you and in the halls.

The cleaning was not good had to request toilet paper and cleaning even after enquiring the staff said I would not. The bed was hard and not comfortable needs upgrading. The food was great and over all out of all I found that the description of all the amenities were not available.

everything was good except had only one elevator working with seven floors we were lucky we were on 2 floor so we used the stairs.

The worst hotel ever. Might as well be a motel 6 roach motel. They lied and said our reservation was canceled. That it was canceled by Expedia. My guess is that so they could avoid paying Expedia any fees. Because we arrived so late we ended up staying. Bathrooms not clean. Everything worn down, elevators didn’t work. Thermostats didn’t work. Funky smell throughout. Pool had algae. Hilton should just tear the whole thing down.

Many unsatisfactory and unsafe I did report to Hilton no General Manager on site to deal with issues. Only 1 elevator working ( unsafe), kitchen out of food, cups (2days),no room microwave, no hot water for bathing, no vending machine in designated areas…this is not the service expected at the Hilton chain hotels !!! Terrible trip.. waiting for elevator up or down 20 minutes…with full hotel ….. I am asking for an adjusted rate or refund .. and a call from someone in hotel management …. The foyer was cold, could have put heaters at the door to counter cold coming in, caused the bar and dining area to be cold. Also for such an expensive place, could have offered breakfast, nothing there.

The Property need to be updated on some things. Need deep cleaning in the rooms. Showers and carpet need deep cleaning. Our towels was dirty. But overall the staff was very nice and did A great job.

The Hilton is a great hotel but I did not know that they charge an additional, nonrefundable, $75 for having a dog. If I have my dog I will certainly not stay there again.

Room was not very clean and needed to be upgraged. For the price I expected a better kept room. Freezer was frosted over to the point it did not close and water was all over the floor. Have pictures of dirty, hair dryer, dirty fridge, dirty walls. Not worth $675 2night stay!

Happy customer
I had trouble that caused me to have to modify my reservation. The manager Billy was extremely helpful and accommodating. The young lady that checked me in was very polite and welcoming. The room was nice and clean but there was no soap and the bed was not quite as comfortable as I would have preferred. But all in all I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.
