Bon séjour
Nous avons bien été acceuillis ! Le fast food juste à côté etait très pratique ! Le coin est très calme, il y a du choix au petit déjeuner. Les points négatifs sont : la porte d'entrée du bloc qui était ouverte toute la nuit et le lit qui était un peu dur. Nous n'hesiterons pas a revenir tout de même !

Got my son a room at 10:00 at night. When he walked in, his room looked as if it was never cleaned. Beds were not made, towels on floor. Requested another room, and staff was very nice and tried to help. They gave him a key to another room, however he couldn't get into it. Staff was very apologetic. There were no more rooms available. He left and went somewhere else.

The hotel was all brick and looked very nice. It was quiet and not a long walk for parking i would stay there again

Positives: Clean comfortable bed. Negatives: Damp carpet on the first night that I suspect (hope) was because of carpet cleaning. Multiple lights not working (including an exit sign) in the hallways/staircase for B-block.

Great stay.
We stay here all the time. My only gripe is the pillows in a king bed should be king pillows. Other than that they have a decent breakfast every day and the attendants are nice. Rooms were serviced daily and towels changed ot.

Should have asked to move rooms
The ladies at the front desk and breakfast were wonderful. The only complaint I have is regarding cleaning. The bathroom looked like it had not been touched. There was mold all over the ceiling and walls and the shower had hairs in it. Upon arrival the toilet also had something in it, looked like someone spit in it and didn’t clean nor flush. The window was also open in the room (it was 530pm in February). Other than that everything was well stocked and 10/10 on the breakfast! Not your average continental breakfast!

A nice place to stay
The hotel was clean, convenient for our trip, and the room was spacious and well laid out. Breakfast was a nice surprise with a very friendly, hostess and good food options. We will stay there again.

All Appliances were Broken
My daughter and granddaughter homemade spaghetti; when we tried to warm up in microwave it didnt heat. came on and made a sound but they never got hot.We also tried to make tea and coffe maker was broken too. The bath tub plug didnt, and neither did a nightsrand plu and plug on wall. Mgr told us to warm our meal in the back office. Awkward, we had to lug the food all way thru the bldg. He gave us a substitute coffe maker. We were exhausted already, and still had to trudge back and fourth to tje office like 4 times! Ridiculous! The appliaces turn on, have a light but heating elements were broken. We tried different settings for the microwave, 1 time leaving the food in for 10 mins, made a whir sound, and yet the food was ice cold. Really poor service that you didnt have back up microwave. Please fix, as I want to come back. Breakfast was awesome!!
