We went for our daughter’s graduation and we couldn’t choose a better hotel. It’s in the middle of the city but very quiet. The hotel has good amenities and it’s so convenient. It is in the middle of everything. Very courteous and friendly staff. Cleanliness was first class. Delicious breakfast and at a friendly price.👏

A perfect stay! Convenient self-parking included in room rate. Impeccable room, comfortable, quiet. Super friendly staff. Close to many dining options, including the Moosewood restaurant next door. Definitely recommend.

Great location within short walking distance to Ithaca Commons restaurants, free parking (with hotel validation) in the parking garage around the corner, room was clean, lots of desk space to do computer work, microwave to heat food, good water pressure in shower. Water pressure in sink however was low. Lighting was a bit harsh and limited (bright white light in floor & desk lamp, no dimmers, non-adjustable neck on desk lamp). Overall served our purpose for visiting the area well.

We stayed here while visiting Ithaca college, and we found the location to be great. Rooms were comfortable as well as free parking in the garage next-door.

The property was fine. The staff was friendly and very helpful when I had questions. The room was spacious and clean. All of the amenities in the room worked well and without issue. The floor was quiet and it was very easy to get rest. The street noise was at a minimum.

First time where they had breakfast but i had to pay for it..so we just went out. Some staff was great others kind of grumpy. parking wasnt explained so we ended up paying the first time we left the garage (you had to get validated but they just gave us a parking pass and told us where the garage was, nothing about getting validated to leave the lot )

Room was quiet and clean. Bed comfortable. Room lighting was poor with harsh/exposed bulbs. Would have liked better thermostat. Staff kind and very helpful. Breakfast not great, would recommend Paris Baguette cafe nearby instead. Parking was at Seneca Garage next door, easy in/out, validate ticket at front desk each time.

Needed to call repeatedly for cleaning and supplies. Even when called, received wrong items. Staff did not acknowledge even passing by them. Old furniture and very bad shape pillows. Room with old funiture and even opening drapes took lots of energy. Towels have been washed so many times that they are not washout anymore and very thin. Need massive upgrading.

Definitely will come again !
Very nice front desk receptionists with warm smiles and greetings. Both the lady and gentleman. The ice lemon water is definitely a plus. Room is clean, cozy, classic and clean. Will definitely come again when visit Ithaca.
