hôtel bien géré, propre, personnel avenant et disponible. inconvénient technique; les prises électriques de part et d'autre du lit sont contrôlé avec l'éclairage principal de la chambre. donc pour ceux qui ont besoin d'un Cpap pour dormir, l'aventure se complique. prévoir au moins la disponibilité à la réception de cordon électrique de rallonge

Bonne expérience
Très belle expérience , les chambres sont spacieuses , le personnel très sympathique et serviable, Check-on efficace nous avons même pu avoir notre chambre avant l’heure prévu. Endroit sympas et calme mais à une dizaine de minutes en taxi de Taksim.

le spa du ramadan et très beau nous avons réservé 5 nuit dans cette Hotel. le premier jour à notre arrivé on nous annonce que des travaux d'électricité était programmer et qu'il y a plus électricité pendant 2 jour a la place on nous reloge dans un hotel 3 étoile un peu moin beau mais propre et rénover avec un personnel sympas il n'a voir avec le standing du ramada, j'ai du appeler expédia pour me plaindre car le prestataire na pas était honnete car il continuaient a vendre le ramada sur expédia avec le prix d'un 4 étoiles pour attirer les client alors qu il était en travaux et qu 'ils relogeaient les client.l hôtel nous a surclasser le 2 eme jour pour s'excuser ( juste une chambre avec vu les autres chambre donne sur un mur. au final nous avons passer juste une nuit hors de notre hôtel.

Ich war zwei Tage aufgrund einer Hochzeit in diesem Hotel. Ich habe es gewählt weil es nahe am Kongresszentrum war und auch sehe günstig für das was es bot. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad ist sauber. Es gibt genug Staueaum für altagssachen. Das Bett war angenehm und die Kissen und die Decke gut. Das Bab hatte auch alles was man Braucht und es funktionierte einwandfrei ohne mängel festzustellen. Es wae klimatisiert und ich spürte nichts von den Temperaturen draussen. TV habe ich nicht benutzt und dort drin gegesen auch nicht daher keine Bewertung. Fazit: Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhöltniss und empfiehlt sich für leute mit normalem Büdget die dich noch komfortnhsben wollen. Leider hat ein Ereignis während meiner Abreise mein Bild vom Hotel (vor allem vom Personal) stark beschädigt. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist das, dass Ereignis mit einem Fehler meinerseits gestartet ist (ich habe meine Sony Kopfhörer mit einem Wert von 100 CHF im Zimmer vergessen). Nichtsdestotrotz hätte meiner Meinung nach das Personal anders kommunizieren und handeln müssen und vielleicht durch eine bessere Sensibilisierung des Personals hätte ich die Kopfhörer wiederbekommen. Aufgrund der Zeichenbegrenzung kann ich hier nicht mehr dazu sagen. Es gibt aber auf Google noch eine Rezession von mir die ein bisschen ausführlicher ist.

Hotel zentral gelegen zu den Touristenziele
Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bettmatrazen etwas zu weich und die Wasserhaehne schwierig zu bedienen. Aber es war komfortabel, Zimmer konnten durch Vorhang gut abgedunkelt werden. Fruehstueck war umfangreich, Omelettes waren sehr gut. Lage des Hotels war gut um mit Auto zu Sultanahmet oder Taksim zu kommen aber auch zu den Einkaufszentren in Levent.

Maalesef güzel bir deneyim yaşamadık şöyle ki; Otel ücretsiz otopark hizmeti verdiğini açıklamıştı ki doğrudur ama Otel önünde ve ana yol üzerinde park hiç kolay olmadı. İçeri girdiğimizde resepsiyondaki genç bayan kimliklerimizi henüz vermemişken bize şaşkınlıkla rezervasyonumuzun olup olmadığını sordu halbuki kimlikleri gördükten sonra bunu rahatlıkla anlayabilirdi. Oda oldukça vasattı, manzaramız pencereden 2 metre mesafede harabe bir duvardı, havalandırma motorlarının görültüsünden pencereleri açmak mümkün değildi. Halılar kirli ve bakımsızdı, banyonun mermer ve camları kirden siyahlaşmışlardı. 2. Gün kullanılmış çarşaflarımız değiştirilmedi sadece yatakta düzeltme yapıldı, otel ikramı olarak odaya 2 adet kahve ikram edildi ama yanında 2 süt yerine 1 adet süt bırakıldı. Eksilen tuvalet malzemeleri yerine yenisi konulmadı. Duvardaki USB şarj pointler çalışmıyordu vs. Maalesef memnun kalmadık ilk kez kaldık ama bir kez daha kalmayı da düşünmeyiz. Ramada ve Wyndham adına yakışır bir otel değil kesinlikle.

Best service and hospitality in istanbul!
I had two bookings and I must say that all of us loved the hotel. We travelled from London and did a tour of turkey and stayed in many 5 star resorts, but the hospitality I saw at Ramada was unmatched. In particular Mustafa was extremely helpful in arranging and organising everything I needed despite how unconventional, for example finding a taxi that would accept card to take me to and straight back to a specific location. I did a PCR test and I had to leave to the airport. The staff took it upon themselves to remember and remind me that I had to give them my email so that they could email me the test results whilst I was in the airpot. Multiple staff including Azad reminded me, even though I did not speak to them about this. The staff and the interior were excellent and the hotel manager was very welcoming when I needed him! I would highly recommend Ramada to anyone going to Istanbul.

Son derece mükemmel bir konaklamaydı. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Mustafa bey çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Çok yardımcı oldu. Kötü denilecek hiç birşey bulamazsınız. 👍👍
