L’hôtel est très mal situé, les taxis sont à des prix exorbitants. Je vous conseil de prendre un Uber. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

Le séjour à l’hôtel était très appréciable. Le personnel est à l’écoute, serviable et d’une politesse remarquable. Seul point négatif est la situation géographique de l hôtel. Un peu éloigné d’Istanbul centre il faut soit prendre un taxi ce qui revient assez cher chaque jour. Toutefois il y a à 500m une station de métro. Facile à utiliser et très sécurisé Bon séjour aux suivants

J'ai déjà envoyé deux mails concernant cette réservation. J'espère que le département client va AU MINIMUM me rembourser la nuit. C'était horrible !!! De plus, l'hôtel à été contacté et le personnel ne reconnaît rien et me font passer pour un menteur !! Je n'ai jamais vu en tant que voyageur régulier réservant sur Hôtels.com. Sacré également que j'ai réservé cet hotel via mon offre conciergerie (Mastecard World Elite) je le prends très mal que l'on me traite de cette sorte !!!!!!!!!!

Das Badezimmer war komplett dicht, alles Kaputt gewesen. Ich habe das Problem sieben mal beim Rezeption erläutert, leider wurden meine Anweisungen nicht ernst genommen. Ich habe viele Bilder gemacht und Sie vorne gezeigt. Sie wollte das Zimmer wechseln, dies ist jedoch leider auch nicht geschehen. Sehr Enttäuschend!!

This was one of the worst stays in any hotel, yet alone a supposedly 5 star…

Good friendly staff and very welcoming
Great atmosphere, easily accessible by public transport. Great hotel. The area is not in the old town and a bit further away from city but really great and relaxing hotel with good facilities.
