Bonjour Je viens de passer un séjour de 7 nuits dans cet établissement,mais malheureusement ce n'est était pas parmi mes meilleurs séjours a Istanbul. Service très limité pour un 4 étoiles,manque de communication et des informations a la réception .accueil froid,et un chèque out glacial.tout se qui a intéresser la réceptionniste c'est de passer la carte de crédit pour les frais extra et le petit déjeuner extra (imaginaire).on était harceler tout les matin par la femme de chambre si elle pouvait nettoyer la chambre.. petit déjeuner médiocre et très cher 10 eur par personne. Personnel froid peu serviable,moquette par tout dans l' hôtel qui doit investir un peu dans des bonnes aspirateurs et sur tout dans les chambres.seul point fort c'est l'emplacement. La plus mauvaise expériences a Istanbul (ma 5 ème visite.)

The location of this hotel is already a good reason to choose everytime you visit Istanbul: It's literally at the heart of the city's best touristic area. Clean rooms, professional staff, they ask you every morning if you need your room to be cleaned and someone will bring you mineral water bottles everyday around 1pm. they have 24hrs reception and a good wake up service.

I enjoyed staying in the hotel. My room was great and very clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower was great. Breakfast was amazing. I recommend this hotel 100%. Staffs were helpful with directions.

Very good location , room was very dark and the AC was not working, was set on high heat , could not adjust , safe was broken couldn’t use
